Crotch is the right size, I don't feel a wedgie when I am wearing them. They absorb a lot too and don't leave marks on pants. No problem with leakage. No smell and the fit well nobody knew I had them on.

I'm 28 and I use a wheelchair, and I haven't had bladder problems until last year, anyway I came across Depend underwear for men and they are a life saver, the other day, I was in my wheelchair and I felt a sudden urge to go #1. It seemed strange until I put them on to go out for breakfast. It was amazing to feel confident and secure. I had juice, and two cups of coffee. I would like a depend version with back padding and similar design to Goodnites as in shape so that I can wear something other than a thick adult diaper to bed.
