I had to stop every 10 to 15 feet to pull them up and they would never stay that way for long. Need something to make sure they stay put and not have to keep pulling them up all along the way. For this reason I would not recommend this brand

I really like the fit and feel. I feel completely protected when I wear these. They are a little bulkier than others (not by much) but I really dont mind. Oh and they don't irritate my skin at all. I've tried other brands on the past that did irritate my skin.

The Mens Underwear are great for those times when you expect to be away from change facilities or might be doing something rigorous. I used them on a hike recently and they provided excellent protection. The protector fits snugly so to urinate is a bit of a struggle. Overall I was pleased with the garment and will use them for special occasions.

My husband was the one that tried it and he said that it feels like he was not using a Depend product and feels just like a true brief. This brand makes very good products and have been buying products made by this manufacturer. I hope that Depend for women would be available for trial soon so that I could try the product by myself. I tried the XL Maximum coverage underwear. The sides (either left or right) split during the day. I am very active, work in a warm humid climate (I sweat) which may add to the problem. Three different stores, three different storage places didn't make a difference. If the underwear sides stay together, the pad tears away from the pantie. Waists sat low on my hip, short of the waist. Maybe a size XXL that has a wider hip (up to 75 inches?) with the same waist (up to 64 inches) would help since ladies have hips and need room for the hour-glass curves that men don't have.

The leaks were fully contained, odor was minimal, and he said they were comfortable and not "sweaty". These did not cause any chafing, stretched with his movement, and stayed on very well. The inner lining absorbed and quickly crystallized the liquid, preventing any spillover, even with a full bladder evacuation. Just for fun, I put a pair on and wore them for a day. Because of the soft and stretchy material, you could not tell I was wearing a leak protection product. Very discreet, for those that are out and about.

I actually let my grandfather try this product and inform me of his thoughts to post, good and bad, since I am female and he is obviously male and 85 years old. It was the perfect product for him to try because the current product he uses for his male incontinence, he has been having some leakage issues with in the past few months or so.
