It was not bulky and I sampled it under tights and jeans. They are breathable. Not sure about absorbance, as I did not experience any bladder leakage during the trial of the underwear. I would recommend this to women with incontinence and/or bladder issues.

They did not feel like a diaper or bulky and were not noticeable under my clothes. As a plus size person, I was nervous about sizing, but following the chart helped me get a great fit. I used these underwear during an asthma flare up that causes me to cough and have unexpected bladder leaks (yay) and these absorbed well and did a good job of preventing odors compared to the normal pads I would use.
