Almost two years ago at age 60 I had surgery for prostate cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, only one nerve bundle could be spared. As a result, I have never regained full continence. I have been using this product for well over a year and it seems in the last couple of months it has been getting worse, the glue that holds the pade in lets go in the front after a couple of hours, there has been more than once that I have not paid attention and not pulled the pad up so as to cradle my genital to the point that I ended up soaking wet, talk about enbarising especially that I am out on the golf course. I need to find something that gives me more protection.

The cut is better for a person with heavy hips and heavy thighs. For some reason the briefs seem to cut into my fat at my inner thighs. These are a life saver for when you will be away from home.
