[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work very well. They fit snugly, but not overly so. They absorb well, and seem to hold a lot. They are reasonably discreet under clothes, and don't make a tremendous amount of "diaper" noises whilst moving around.

But after a while you forget they are on. They aren't bulky they dont show through clothes. I got the xl and they stretch nicely to fit comfortably. I just use them for leakage not full bladder and they are great with no leakage that I can see and no odor. I felt a little weird at first putting them on but now im completely comfortable.

The underwear has elastic waist (with a subtle design on the front) and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The inner padding isn't overly thick to make you feel like you're wearing a diaper, but just thick enough to feel comfortable that you won't leak through. They absorb quickly and leave no trace of odor. I can feel confident going out in public knowing these underwear will protect me from leaks and odor.
