She used to use them in her regular underwear, we just found there was almost no leakage that way if we used them in combo. If you peel them off really slow, nothing will rip, and you can just put another pad into the diaper. If she has a really heavy flow the diaper picks up the slack. It keeps her dry and shes had no issues with iìnection and then nothing smell

They go on very easy and fit well you can’t tell she’s wearing them under her clothes. I love how thin they are but can hold a lot of liquid. I don’t have To worry about leakage with these. The underwear has elastic waist (with a subtle design on the front) and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The inner padding isn't overly thick to make you feel like you're wearing a diaper, but just thick enough to feel comfortable that you won't leak through. They absorb quickly and leave no trace of odor. I can feel confident going out in public knowing these underwear will protect me from leaks and odor.
