My 89 yr. Old mom is incontinenti and uses these regularly. She needs to use a pad as well because she has little to no control. Good for keeping most messes contained. But, the briefs must contain materials or chemicals not meant to be next to the moist human body because I developed a severe allergic reaction, on both sides, to the rough elastics that surround the inner legs.

I rendered the exact ones pictured for my mom and wasn’t sent the maximums but some thinner ones that tear. Because she was close to out and we couldn’t get to the store to purchase the right ones we had to start using them. They aren’t the amount of protection she needs so these have been a nightmare. They are extremely thin and tear very easily and do not contain her urine well at all. Very disappointed
