I buy these for the person who I care for. I was ordering adult pulls from a durable medical equipment company and they would were itchy . These are soft ,they don’t rub and durable. When you’re dealing with senior citizens with severe mental illness you have to make sure not to add anything that will upset them. She doesn’t fight anyone when its time to put one on anymore. I purchase these for a severely disabled family member and find that the price at Walmart is better than other online retailers. The fact that the package size has more briefs in it helps too, I don't have to order as often. Fit and absorbancy are key, both are just right and the new peach color makes them look less like a diaper. I will repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see by the picture with the measuring tape, the size XL stretches to 25 inches across. They fit my 52-inch hips fine. They were a bit stuffy and sweaty to wear, but that is expected from a plastic coating. I wouldn't expect these to catch a whole lot of fluid, but for moderate goings, I would trust these to hold. They are a bit tough to rip the side to get them off as my preferred method rather than pulling them down.
