You tube videos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The videos on U tube kept freezing on my new tv. I called TCL Support and now it’s working. The person that helped me was very nice and patient with me. I’m glad that I called.

Do not order online, buy in store if you want it.

I ordered this on November 21st, and was told it would be delivered on Dec 2nd. On Dec 1st I got a text message saying delivery was going to be delayed. Its now December 16th and I still don't have my TV and there are no ETA's. I've spoken with everyone at the AIT delivery company and Sam's club, no one can tell me anything. I ordered it online as I have no way to pick it up in store as its a large TV. I should have rented a Uhaul for $30.00 and picked up the TV. So, if you want this for a gift, and its a good price to you, find someone with a truck or rent something, don't wait for shipping. Oh, they did say if I wanted to cancel my order they could issue a refund 7-10 days after they received the item back, I've never received the item, so I'm not sure how that would work. Happy Holidays.
