We actually used this spread in a cheese dip recipe. Although, we have no doubt it would be delicious as it is on crackers.

This is a fabulous cheese spread, but had not been available at Sam's for a long time. I had to order it online from other vendors. I'm glad it is back in the store!

I first tried this cheese spread as a sample . The sharp taste makes this spread excellent on a variety of crackers. We enjoy it so much I always keep it on hand for a quick snack or for during football games.

I thought this would be delicious, but it is just ok. As a spread lover there are dozens of other brands in Wisconsin to choose from, and Sam’s only carries one spread.

Maybe it should concern me that a giant tub of pub cheese has become one of the absolute must-haves in our house since the Indoor Times began in March 2020, but you know what? There are certainly worse things I could be into. This has become a favorite snack with fruit and crackers, but is also excellent on burgers, or with big, soft pretzels.

Has the extra-sharp cheddar "bite" that's missing in most cheddar (and port wine) cheese spreads. Generous quantity for the price compared to most comparable which just don't have the flavor found in the Black Diamond. Sit (okay, "set") this on a Ritz and see if it's better and more flavorful than most.
