Hi there, thanks for the review. We hate to hear that your unit isn't cooling well. We'd recommend taking a look at the bottom of page 19 of your Use and Care manual to see if those troubleshooting tips prove helpful. If you've just installed your beverage center, try letting it reach the set temperature after about 24 hours before putting anything inside of it. If it's still not cooling enough, then we'd recommend reaching out to Sam's Club to inquire about a possible exchange. Hope this is helpful for you. All the best. -Michael@Haier

We recommend adjusting the temperature control to the MAX setting to get the desired cooling temperature. If your temperature control is already at the MAX setting, we recommend taking advantage of your limited warranty.

While we're glad you like the look and the size of your beverage center, we do hate to hear you're having an issue with your items not getting cold enough. We know how much of an inconvenience that would be and would like to assist. Often, issues with insufficient cooling may be caused by the door being opened too often, or not sealing properly. You may want to check the gasket to make sure there are no gaps or damage, as that can prevent a proper seal. Making sure the center isn't in a location that gets too hot (over 110 degrees F or 43 degrees C) or too cold (under 55 degrees F or 13 degrees C) is also important.
