Not cooling to the temperature as described

Have had this fridge now for over a week but have finally decided that it’s not cooling to the lowest temp. Put my meat thermometer in there and for the last 2 days it’s constantly reading 58-60°. It’s exactly what we were wanting but not keeping it if it’s not cooling.

SHELVING

THE SHELVING DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WATER BOTTLESW TO STAND UP AMD THERE WAS NO WAY TO ADJUST IT WITHOUT REMOVING A SHELF.

49 degrees = warm drinks

I have had this plugged in for weeks and it ranges from 49 degrees to low 50’s all the time. Beer is not getting cold enough.

For the best help, we suggest the following tips: 1) Verify the unit is plugged in to a working outlet. 2) Make sure the unit is turned on and that the thermostat control is set to a cold temperature setting. 3) Frequent door openings. 4) Allow time for warm items to reach a cold temperature. 5) Check gaskets for proper seal. 6) Adjust temperature to a colder setting. Good Medium Sized Beverage Cooler.

We have had it for a few weeks. So far, so good. its Cold and convenient to have for water and drinks only thing we wished it had a light that would work with the door not manually.

Good for warm drinks

The product description shows a temperature range that would lead you to believe that on the low end it would be around 4 degrees C, so not true, temp will not go below 7 degrees. I contacted GE for warranty support, they replaced the fridge, same issue, they finally said that 7 degrees is acceptable and they will not do anything about it. They say that the specs provided are a range and not minimums and maximums. If you like your beer warm then the fridge is ok, if like most people and you like you drinks cold... forget it, don't buy this piece of junk. Will never buy a Haeir or GE product again, so tired of misleading marketing!

We are more than happy to provide guidance with this beverage center. The temperature control dial has three temperature settings and OFF. The MIN setting is the least cold and the MAX setting is the coldest. The recommended temperature setting is MED. However, since this setting is not cooling your beverages as desired, we suggest using the MAX setting. If this cooling issue persists after using the MAX setting, service is advised. 6 months in and I'm still unsure

My husband and I picked this out for his man cave. We have used it for several months now so I feel I can provide an informed review. He does not feel like the fridge is low enough for any of the drinks to reach a really "cold" temperature. Anytime he wants something that has been in that fridge, I have to put it in the freezer for about 20 mins before he plans to drink it. Also, it recently started humming constantly. I am questioning the quality of the product and whether it will last a full year.

Nice size and storage capacity.

Unit seams to be made well but my biggest issue with it is that even on max cold setting it only gets the beverages cool not cold. I would not have purchased it if I had known that was going to be how it functioned. I would get a unit with a digital thermostat that you could set to 36 degrees.

Works but not cold enough.

I love the way this looks. It holds LOTS of drinks. However, the coldest it got was 36 degrees. You’d think that would be cold enough, but I like it much colder. There is another refrigerator that has the freezer in the same door as the fridge, this allows for ICE cold drinks. 22 degrees. That temp doesn’t freeze Gatorade or soda but makes them great.

big inside

[Employee of haier] I'm happy with the Beverage Center, however it was damaged during shipping. I opted to take a small discount and just keep it. The damage was to the back of the unit and a broken shelf bracket. Neither of which cause the unit not work, so I kept it since I needed to use it right away
