[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a sleek design and light for it's size. Response time with the remote is slow. Advertises to be compatible with Alexa / Google. However, this product DOES NOT come with a voice activated remote. Had to order one at an additional cost. Initial setup is easy but not for seniors or people who are not tech savvy. Overall, a good TV for the cost.

Replaced an existing LG of the same size, with this new one, as a "tech upgrade", related to audio features. I was expecting only incremental differences in video quality, since the existing TV was also 4K. However, the video quality of the new TV is "substantially" better. That was a pleasant surprise. Due to their quality I only buy LG TVs, and invariably replace them for new features, not because they don't last. I "handed down" this existing one.

The tv appears to be a great tv but I wanted to be able to have it go firectly to my dish joey when it is turned one. So far I haven't been able to achieve this. I've tried everything that I can find within the limited documentation provided by your organizzation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago as my old flat panel [55"] had a backlight issue. I like the LG channels and have checked out some of the streaming apps. As I have a separate streaming box, not too important, but this TV actually streams well without the glitching my old TV had.
