These fit and feel more like underwear which makes them more confortable than others, BUT they do not absorb any better than others even though they all claim "Maximum absorbancy". They may work for some occasional leakage but not for any sudden flow.

I used to buy this brand in store, in boxed units of about 26 or so. previously with one box containing both black and blue colored underwear. They were descreet, comfortable, and effective. Thats all changed now, boxing has been replaced with plastic shrinkwrap, and only gray color enclosed. In addition, the waistband has changed to cheaper and more visible style. They also are "puffier" and less descreet when worn underneath regular underwear. Over all, just another brand that has been cheaped out.

First, and last, time trying these. Put the 1st pair on and they ripped at the waistband. Put on 2nd pair being extremely gentle. Was driving and urinated a small amount because I couldn't get to a rest stop in time. Leaked through to my jeans. No different than just wearing underwear. Would NOT buy again or recommend.

Stop Leaks, Comfortable, Feel like real undies -almost, and Look like real undies (from a distance) so I wear them with shorts, -Not bulky; OK for slight leaks (1/4 oz); Larger leaks (3-4oz) require Adding a pad, but it must contain a lot of tiny "water beads" that swell 300 times iin size when wet %26 then turns into a gel. This combination gives me great freedom.

Had these before, same size L/XL, but this time after losing 15 pounds they seem more snug. More towards the L than XL in sizing. Still absorbing as it does best. They just seem a bit smaller, a bit harder to get legs in as stiffer too when you first open one.

Real Fit by Depend is a superior product compared to Flex fit or generic options. It is well worth the extra cost. The main difference is the way the fabric is constructed. It much more closely resembles cloth, as a much tighter weave, and less tendency to bunch over Flex Fit fabric. They fit much more comfortably, have a top band for security, but when soiled still come apart at the thigh where expected. The comfort makes me forget that they are not regular cotton briefs. The blue color is more attractive that the standard grey. Real fit also come in a black or dark gray option. I've switched to Real fit, and I encourage you to give them a try.

This product is expensive and well worth the price since it is comfortable and does its job containing accidents. I've tried the cheaper briefs, but they don't fit as well so I am reluctant to wear them regularly. And, your price is the best I've found.

The product info claims the Real-Fit can hold up to four cups of liquid. Maybe if it is carefully poured over the pad part. I find that to be false for someone who is incontinent the majority of a 12 hour period. I will continue to buy this product because it is the best found so far.

My elderly parents are both suffering from incontinence, but my father was reluctant to the use of "pampers" and since I ordered these for him, he is pleased and like them very much because they look like underwear, not pampers. The funny part is that now my 89 years old mom doesn't want me to order her the ones made for woman, instead, she likes using these too, because she feels she is well protected specially when she has to go out of her home. This is a great product and I hope it is available for a long time.
