Well...if you have to wear them...these are the most like regular underwear. They're quite comfortable and don't get sweaty like "diapers". These are made with something more like "material" than "plastic". The elastic in the legs also fits snuggly without cutting off circulation or leaving marks on the skin.

I have used real fit undergarments. i usually purchase the 28? pack. They worked terrific. Excellent moisture capture and containment. My wife picked up some in a 14 package box. They were also real fit. However they did not capture nightime dischare and they leaked through to my pajamas. I never had this issue with the ones that came wrapped in plastic. I purchased the plastic stretched wrapped from CVS, The newset ones that I ordered from Walmart came in a 28 package. I have not used these yet. I am unsure if their is different specifications for these depends based on the point of sale?

Just received my box of Depends today. But, have used Depends in the past and highly recommend them to others. I also just got a new medication and it really hasn't had time to kick in, this should hopefully, get me out of having to use Depends. Wal Mart had the best price after looking on the internet.

Husband loves the security these give him. Easy to use, no telltale signs showing he is wearing them, and takes care of any leaking. Very good product. My only complaint would be the one and only time he forgot and tossed in the washer. I didn't catch the mistake. It was a bit of a mess to clean up, but not the big job I thought I faced. Some paper towels to scoop out the residue, and all was good.

Ive used several different types and Real Fit are the highest quality. Great absorbency with no leakage. Comfortable and no one knows I wear them. Depends Maximum fit are very good to. Not as absorbent but work at bedtime or when being less active. Great products.

These worked out perfectly for my needs. I was in hospitals three months every day on heavy stool softeners and laxatives. I would have bowel beginning to move instantly no warning but I would make to toilet before finishing. These briefs held that small amount no problem. If these were my regular briefs Id throw them out. No matter how long I stand manipulating to get every drop out somehow there is always another two or three more drops . With these briefs I dont worry

My son is nonverbal with autism. Potty training is a work in progress. These work great since my son is a giant for his age. He Weighs 90 lbs and is over 4 foot. Real fit doesnt shed cotton and fits perfectly! It is pricey but so are all of my options for him.

The product info claims the Real-Fit can hold up to four cups of liquid. Maybe if it is carefully poured over the pad part. I find that to be false for someone who is incontinent the majority of a 12 hour period. I will continue to buy this product because it is the best found so far.
