I'm in my early 30s and wear these disposable Depends Real Fit briefs out of necessity. A couple of years ago I was injured in a car accident; and while I am now completely fine physically, the only permanent issue I continue to deal with is complete bladder/urinary incontinence. According to my doctor, my condition is irreversible and I'll be incontinent the rest of my life. During my hospital stay and for all 6 months of physical therapy, I was required to wear traditional tape-up adult diapers 24/7. I was even had to have my wet diapers changed for me by a nurse for nearly a year and a half until I was strong and dexterous enough to change my own diapers. Following all of that, I continued to wear traditional maximum absorbency tape-up diapers all the time until my doctor recommended I wear these Depend Real Fit pull-up briefs during the day as an alternative to having to wear my somewhat bulky diapers all the time. I really like them too! They are easy to put on and take off when I'm wet, and they hold all of the wetness I put into them. They are discreet and low profile, and feel much closer to the plain white cotton briefs/"tighty whities" I always wore before my injury. I generally have to change my Depends briefs 2-3 times a day, so the fact that these are a pretty decent price is great. Since I usually wet much more at night, I still change into a regular tape-up diaper before going to bed, but I change into one of these after my shower every morning. I generally prefer wearing my regular diapers anyway because then I don't ever have to worry about how much I wet...so I tend to wear a regular diaper on weekends, any time I'm going to be at home, and during things like long car rides, but these briefs really have given me a great alternative to my regular diapers and have definitely been worth it. I can wear them during the day when I'm away from home and not have to worry about crinkle or feeling like I'm looking like I'm wearing a diaper.

My father has been using this product for a few yrs now. He has really liked it. Recently he was talking about how the product has ripped, felt smaller than normal and that he has to use more depends because of it. After reading recent reviews I see he’s not alone it that. It is quite ridiculous to change the product to be cheaper in quality and still charge the same amt over $1 per brief. Depends, by the sounds of it you need to go back to the way you were making a product. Why fix something if it isn’t broke? Why did you decide to change it? Make it cheaper? That way customers like my father have to use more and spend more money? Not ok! Do something about this!

Found the pads not to be as wide as the compediters that covered more area but do the trick. I got the compediters sample pack as well and feel more comfortable wearing them as of right now, hope to be wearing just pads with Jockey Shorts soon. Both products need to breath a little more because of the sweating that does go on and the smell that accumulates while wearing them. Just got out of Hospital from Prostate removal surgery and it is a awkward thing to adjust to and just trying to be honest. It all boils down to whatever feels good on the individual.
