I think this product might work for my husband if he could get just XL. Please advise if this size is available for purchase. The reason he needs these are not for bladder control but for bowel control. Do you make a product for bowel control? An extremely large man could not wear the L/XL.

The fit was perfect. I was also surprised about the absorbency, durability, and Oder control. When I get to the age where I need incontinence underwear, these will be my go to brand!

I am writing this because I am very appreciative and thrilled to have found something that is comfortable, discreet and gives me confidence! These are certainly the best undergarments I have tried as they do not ride up or lose shape while wearing. Recently, I had to attend a conference yet was relieved to know that though I was wearing a tailored suit, I could be reassured people would be none the wiser to the undergarment. Now, some input, I do feel the appearance of the rear can be improved, maybe mirror the front and secondly absorption can be just a little better as I have experienced minor leaks, lastly I would like to see more availability in stores of the black edition for variety as it seems you can only purchase this online in large quantities. Overall though this is a great product

For whatever reason you may need these, medical, surgeries or age, this will fit your lifestyle without feeling like your wearing a diaper. They hold absorbency well u til you can change out of them, and with hold the odor as well. These work well.

I normally wear Adjustable Underwear in size L/XL. I requested a sample of the Real Fit briefs. I was sent a small and a large. The small got a laugh out of me and the large split when I tried to pull them over my hips. Guess I'm just too big for them. I really like the idea, but they need more sizes.

After my recent surgery I needed to wear something not only to hold the gauze in place but also to prevent staining. My wife recommended depends, a product neither one of us had ever used previously. I wore them for about a month during my healing. I found they worked perfect and are not just for bladder leakage. They were very comfortable and I liked the fact that there were 2 colors supplied in the package. You get 5 stars from me, I even told my doctor about them. Good job on a quality product.
