Elastic edge holding absorbent pad inside was coming loose before the end of the day, causing it to bunch up it spots, rear was bunching up into a narrow wad after a few hours, I bought them for rear protection, they are useless for that purpose, front pad goes all the way up to the front of the waistband, bad design, urine flows downhill, more padding up high at the front than at the crotch where gravity would naturally cause it to collect, total waste of money.

The newest version of Depend Real Fit have improved on absorbency, however the fabric on the newest ones are much too weak and seem to stretch out and become loose too quickly. When that happens you tend to get leaks around the legs. Also, this product could be greatly improved with the addition of leak guards and extending the absorbent pad further up the back of the product.

I bought him these Real Fit briefs to try for the daytime and they’re working very well. They’re easy to slip on him, fit him well and look a little more grown up than the Goodnites. For nighttime, we are diapering him in Depends fitted briefs with a pair of youth plastic pants for extra protection. This combination keeps him and his bed dry.

Love this product for my husband who needs assistance after his stroke. However, even though he isn't that large of a man and I buy the large size, they will rip at the back while pulling them up in place. I'd give them a 5 if it wasn't for that problem of ripping at the back. Otherwise great product.
