Discreet: The design is discreet, allowing for confident wear under clothing. Absorbency: Provides good absorbency for light to moderate bladder leakage. Here are my Cons: Limited size range: Might not be suitable for all body types. Durability: while doing some physical activities there are some issues with the durability of the product. Odor control: While effective, I found the odor control could be improved for longer wear. Overall, Depend Real Fit is a comfortable and discreet option for managing light to moderate bladder leakage, although improvements could be made in durability and odor.

I’m very disappointed with the revised package and briefs contained within. I had figured there would be issues upon seeing the new package (top of photo) and sure the absorbent pad size is smaller then previous pad size but yet the are able to chaff and ride me worse then the previous version. I guess I’ll have to stock up on the earlier version (bottom of photo) and then switch brands - hard to do in a monopolistic market.

The fabric feels soft and breathable, much more like real underwear than other brands I’ve used. It fits snugly without pinching and stays in place all day. What I love most is how dry it keeps me—no irritation or dampness, even after hours of wear. It’s discreet under clothing, which boosts my confidence in social settings. While it handles moderate leaks well, I’d use something more absorbent overnight. It’s the most comfortable and reliable incontinence underwear I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it.

Real Fit is comfortable, and leak proof even thru the night. Parten me for saying but I still like the Depends with the three straps on the side like pampers for easier replacement where you do not have to totally remove all your clothing from waist down for a new one.

Being a parapelegic, I need these constantly. It is so nice to have something that is not constantly making noise whenever I move, also the fact that since I have no feeling it is nice to know that I have never had a leak or the like when wearing these. Thye new style are a lot nicer but if it was up to me, I would like the waistband to be a little shorter in height, I am always folding them over so if my shirt goes up when I have to bend over that nobody will be able to see a diaper. I am sure you could understand why I am saying this? Thanks Mike
