We have 6 indoor only cats that all share one large litter box. The only litter to be able to stand up to the abuse of once a day cleaning with all those fuzz-butts is Fresh Step. We've been using it as our sole litter for about 10 years now. The new Febreze litter has a great scent that is not heavily perfumed although I don't find it any less dusty than the typical Fresh Step litters. I do wish there was a litter that worked just like this but was dust-less. I've tried the crystals but it just becomes way to costly to just keep dumping the box every week for all the cats. If you have multiple cats and cannot chase around after each one uses the box you will love the odor control of Fresh Step!! You won't have to change out the entire box for at least 3 or 4 weeks even under this abuse.

No matter what the vet recommended, Murka's affectionate nickname is Miss Stinky Poop. You could smell it 3 rooms away! At least she would announce it, so I could don a gas mask to clean up. Fresh Step Extreme has made it much more bearable. Hopefully her new probiotic will help too!

It seems that my cat enjoys using it and my house even smells fresh which makes whole experience better! I don't plan to switch to another one as long as my cat is happy with it.

My kitties love Fresh Step Extreme with Frebreze especially when I dump the old and put in the new! I have four kitties inside and four large litter boxes. Two of my kitties sit and wait for me to put in the new litter and before I can move to the next box they will have used the box I just put fresh litter in!

There is no product on the market better than Freshstep Scoopable Scented Multiple Cats Formula when it comes to odor control of multiple cats! I don't care for the Lightweight one cuz IMO it doesn't clump as well as the regular clumping litter. I do purchase it if I have a coupon specifying the Lightweight only. Otherwise, I stick to the regular scented one without Febreeze cuz I have an allergy to dust & a medical condition that makes it hard to breathe. I have been using Fresh Step cat litter for years. I'm not picky about which one I pick as far as multiple cat, odor shield or whichever as long as it's Fresh Step. I actually had a new friend who visited my house weekly for several weeks before she found out I had cats, she was amazed because my house doesn't smell like I have cats when you walk in…thanks to Fresh Step. I love the new 38# 4-packs. I bought my first one this week. I only have one cat right now and it's so easy to freshen up the litter with one of the four packs instead of opening a large box. This is my new go-to size.

Works very well overall. Cats like it. I just wish there were some way to keep the hardened urine from turning into clay. It sticks to the side of the litter box and clogs up the cleaning tool. But as long as I clean every day and use a scraper to get the "clay" off, life is good.

We have two cats and and two litter boxes. lasts longer than the other brands and we never smell anything but freshness. Fresh step is all we use. Only Minor complaint is the litter can get somewhat sticky on the sides of litter box. Does not stick to cats feet. Would like different scents to choose from, but it covers yucky smells every time.
