It has a pleasant smell when you pour it into the litter box. It also eliminates smells when the kitty uses the litter box.

I have 3 cats and with Fresh Step Extreme you wouldn't even know that I have one. Leaves a fresh scent that even my cats love.

Never have that 'cat smell' that can happen in a small house with a litter box. Our house always smell fresh with this litter with Fabreeze.
