[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all kinds of litter. My cat is very finicky with what is in his litter box. Fresh step is the only one that he uses. I love the Febreze sent and so does he. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I like the fresh scent. As a matter of fact, I have noticed the fresh scent on my cats after they use their box. If I would change anything, it would be something to make the scent last longer. The Fresh Step that I used to use (extreme) is no longer carried at my store and the odor proofing seemed to last longer in my kitchen.

My cat now likes her litter box. I took in at nine year old stray. It was a challenge to get her to use the litter box. Sad to say that she decided to use the middle of the living room as her spot. I gave in and decided that would be her new litter box space. After cleaning the carpet freshening up the room I set down the litter box using the cheap litter I had originally purchased. Oh boy it was not a pleasure being in the living room at all. I gave in and decided to buy A higher quality cat litter and I turned to fresh step. She now uses the litter box consistently.And weirdly enough the house in general actually smells better than before I started using the litter..I hate perfume smells this is actually very pleasant and it works so I am sold I am very loyal customer now. I’m too scared to try anything else. I don’t wanna go back to what it was before. Thank you.

I have purchased this on multiple occasions - whenever it's available - because I have multiple cats and I was constantly fighting odors. The litterbox is in the bathroom which is a small room so it didn't take long for the odor to permeate the room. Extreme with Fabreze helps me get the upper hand with that battle.

I had never tried Fresh Step until a co-worker gave me what they had leftover after their cat passed away. That was over 6 years ago now, and it's the only brand I have bought since. I bet I have tried every variety that has been created, and though they all work great the Extreme is the best. With the added Febreze scent, I can't even tell there's a litter box in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works extremely well in terms of odor control and clumping, however the extreme amount of dust the product gives off is overwhelming; almost caustic. I am forced to use a face mask, & not for the usual malodorous reasons. (LOL) And, I am not someone who is overly sensitive, nor do I suffer from asthma or any type of allergies. I can only imagine what my kitties must feel having to dig and paw through it. So unfortunately, while this was my first purchase... it will also be my last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cats seem to like Fresh Step Litter (in the Extreme, Mountain Spring scent) as much as we do. There's very little dust, it clumps very well and the odor control lasts. I'm always a bit worried when trying a new scented litter as some can be much too strong, but Fresh Steps isn't at all - the scent is there, but it's not overwhelming, which is wonderful with kitties with sensitive noses. In a home with multiple cats, it has also held it's clump very well! (I can't speak to how quickly that clump forms though, as I always give things time to settle before changing it each day.) I also love that Fresh Step comes in a cardboard box over plastic, as companies and consumers we need to be much more aware about how recyclable the containers and items we make and purchase are. I also appreciate that the the silky finish of their label that would make it not recyclable IS NOT printed on the box, but rather a wrap around that can be removed, all bit it a bit difficulty for some. My only small issue would be the price point, although it's not off by too much in comparison to other brands - product wise it doesn't offer anything more to warrant being that bit more than their competitors. Nonetheless, it's a reasonably priced litter that works well all around! Fresh Step is certainly now in our top two littler brand choices for our multiple cat home. * I received a complementary coupon for this product for sampling purposes from PINCHme; nonetheless all views and opinions remain one-hundred percent my own and are true to my personal experience with the product and brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the new fresh step with febreze and couldn't be happier! Much lower dust than the past styles and the addition of febreze helps with containing any odors without the use of perfumes which I am allergic too. Highly recommend.
