Have used the Freshstep Extreme for the entire 4 years we have had Max. The litter is great. The litter box is easy to clean; the litter keeps odors down and the dust level when filling the litter box is extremely low. Great product!

I have one cat who likes your product and the other does not. She has started to do her business on the rug and I'm going crazy trying to find our why and how to get her back into her litterbox. Any ideas?
