It really works. we have two cats one of whom has an intense urine and the added febreze really works amazingly well We prefer it to all other products and fell it should be in all fresh step products

I've been using the extreme with febreeze for a couple of months now and it is definitely the best litter I have found for controling the oder with my multiple cats.
