We kept the litterbox in the basement until recently, when we had to bring it upstairs during a trip away. We didn't wan't my father-in-law to go down the steps to clean the litterbox, so we put it in our office. We intended to take it back down, but kept putting it off. Finally, we realized that it wasn't offensive at all because of this great litter, and have not bothered moving it back to the basement!

My cats love it and it doesn't track like most litters I've tried. I also like that it has Fresh Step Paw Points on the box as well! This litter is a 100 out of 10, it's amazing!!! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless there is two days worth of cat turds in the box I don't smell anything. It seams to work quite well. The clumping part of the litter works well except when my cat peas on the wall of the box and not in the center.

I've been using this cat litter since i got my first kitten a little over a year ago. It's great at blocking odors and I never have issues cleaning it out. I live in an apartment so keeping odors down in a small space can be tough, using this litter I never have any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully, I bought this as a backup after noticing that the cat litter I normally buy was out of stock, but after trying it out I was so amazed by the fragrance and the durability of that fragrance lasting even after my three felines got through with it after a week, I would not go back to the other brand.

I'm already a huge fan of FresStep litter, but am even more so now. The addition of Febreeze really made a great difference, it blocks odors so well. We just had a houseful of guests, no one could tell we had cats, or where the litter box was located. Thank you FreshStep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with using Arm N Hammer 7 day odor control and it was awful. The smell was lingering throughout the entire upstairs. I replaced the cat litter with Fresh Step Extreme odor control with Frebreze. What a difference. If my daughter forgets to clean the litter box, the cats are the ones to tell her, not the litter. I tell anyone who has cats to switch to this litter, and they will be very happy owners with clean smelling homes. I will never use any other Litter!!!! Thank you Fresh Step!!!

If it was possible to give this stuff less than one star I would. I don't know when they reformulated it because I generally buy several packages of it at a time in the four pack of bags, but it's terrible now if you're looking for a non-dusting clumping cat litter. Don't buy this stuff. It's garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the Freshstep with Febreze because it is good litter, but it doesn't really help with the smell. It blocks it as well as the other versions of this litter, but it's nothing different. My grocery store sells it cheaper than the regular version, so that's why I get it.
