Fresh Step Extreme Scented Litter with Febreeze works great! It definitely covers up any smells my cat leaves and everytime he steps in the litter box I get a sweet smell of Febreeze. It clumps really nice which makes it really easy to scoop, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it gets stuck in his paws everytime and I have to pick it out and he doesn't like that. But overall it's a great litter!

I love this product. It masks the smell for a longer period of time than many other brands. The Febreeze helps for instant action. It clumps easily and is easy to scoop. I have 6 cats so the boxes are in constant use. Tracking is more or less the same as other comparable brands, but WAY better than natural litters.

This is the best version of the Fresh Step chain so far. A far improvement from the much dreaded "Lightweight" version (please do not make anything like that again). This new formula with the febreze has better odor control and lasts longer without having to change out the old litter than previous similar products made also by Fresh Step. My cats seem to love it, although they seem to be bothered by the perfume slightly when I first pour in fresh clean litter. Other than that, I am happy. I keep my cats' litter box (2 use the same box) in the bathroom, and when I go into the bathroom, it smells clean. With any other brand name, it wouldn't; Fresh Step makes the best litter for happy cat owners.

I have been using this litter now for over a year, and I will never buy another! I have a single male, who is pretty consistent with his "alone time" and I can go a couple days between major scoopings without ever having to worry. The odor is consistently kept out, the clumping is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with this product!

My elderly cat wasn't keen on the strong scent, so opted often to go outside the box. When she did, the clumping material stuck in her paws, and when it got wet, almost cemented itself into her paws. Warm water and rubbing, which hurt her, was what it took to remove the particles that didn't already fall onto the furniture or floor. Hard to find the scoopable that we had used for many many years, so had to switch brands until her passing last week.

I was nervous about trying a new type of Fresh Step, ( I use the regular non-clumping kind). However, my cat did not seem to mind. I do feel like the extreme scented blend masked odors for longer however I would like to try an even stronger kind. Overall, I would try it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought great at first! Better smelling litter! But no, after a couple attempts of using the Febreze scented products, trying to figure out why my cat was sneezing and had watery eyes, switching out other products too, have figured out she's allergic to this product. May be fine for other cats, but not her. Now its getting hard to find Freshstep scoopable litter without the Febreze added :/

I decided to try the Extreme Fresh Step litter for my kitty as she is an older lady and tends to urinate more often due to medical problems and I want her to have the best of everything. I am very pleased with a new litter and so is she, there is no odor of any kind in our home. I highly recommend Fresh Step litter.

Long time Fresh Step user in a house with 5 cats. I've always kept 7 boxes going. KUDOS on this NEW FORMULA as really amazing in still remaining the best oder retaining, long lasting product on the market. Fresh Step has allowed me to not dump boxes each scooping. Always maintaining cat and human health! NOW, truly does cut down on the dust! For years, using Fresh Step, no guest can tell there are 5 cats! Thank you for cutting the dust down for less impact on house vents, and less dust breathed in by two or four legged lungs. THANK YOU!

After noticing the lack of effective clumping and the odor emanating from our litter boxes for our two kitties, I decided to try Fresh Step Extreme with Febreeze. I am SOLD!! I haven't even looked at another inferior litter product since. The litter clumps well. There is no odors coming from the box. Even when I have put off refilling the litter box, the scant amount that is in there continues to do it's job perfectly.
