I have been using Fresh Step Extreme with Febreze for several months now, and it is still the best litter on the market. It was the best even before it was made nearly dust-free and the Febreze was added, but it is so much better now. The dust doesn't get in my cats' eyes nor does it get all over everything in the vicinity of the litter box any more. The scent is lovely, so we (I and my 2 cats) are deliriously happy with it.

The boxes are located adjoining my laundry room and I never have odor from the boxes. My neighbor cares for my cats when I am away and she is now a cat owner. She asked what brand of litter I use because it never has an odor when she cleans it.

I have multiple cats and I only have room for one cat litter box so I bought this brand of cat litter with Extreme scent. After a week of using, I could not smell urine or any other scents, just clean scent (among other scents around, i.e. candle, laundry smell and more). The urine clumps really well together with the litter, allowing for ease of scooping with little mess falling onto the floor. Before using this brand, after 2 days, the smell would be noticeable and I had to use a lot of scented candles to cover up the smell, even though I scoop out the waste daily. This is a truly fantastic product and I finally can rest knowing that I can welcome any friends over without worrying about the smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a coupon to try Fresh Step cat litter in my most recent PinchMe box. I decided to give the Extreme scented variety a try. So far it seems to be battling the typical cat box odors and the cats are using it just fine.

This was the very very best litter you could buy, it cost more but was so worth it. The entire formula changed. The biggest feature of having that perfumey odors for many days is gone. Next day the litter box stinks. Also the granules seem to be absorbing the moisture in the air as it looks more like clay after 2 days in the areas never having any urine on it. There is no way I am staying with this product after 8 long years of loyalty and will save a ton of money to get something equivalent to the performance of this

My Mother who is very sensitive to smells says she can't smell a thing when she come's over. I truly like this product and will contiue to purchase it!

I tried this and am so happy that it does just what I hoped it would. Now i don't have to clean my box everyday and my cat covers his mess more often. He likes it better too.

I kew from the first time that I used Fresh Step Extreme that it was litter for our home. It is less dusty which is is good and every time that he steps into it it releases a pleasant smell and keeps our home smelling fresh. Our little cat loves using his litter more than ever because the smell is pleasing too him also. The clumping ability also makes cleaning the littler much easier.
