I started using Fresh Step Extreme with Febreez and I haven't looked back. Hands down this litter does 10 times more than anything else on the market. It clumps solid, it neutralizes the smell, and it's a "breeze" to clean. You are getting your money's worth with this one, give it a try and I promise you won't buy another brand ever again! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite having numerous cats, people always comment on how their is absolutely no cat odor in my house. Extreme Scented Litter Prevents any litter box odor, and the litter is always easy to scoop - whether it's clumping litter or not. The litter is never damp, either.

My last several purchases have been Fresh Step Febreeze Extreme. Have used several other Fresh Step products. While I love the clumping action, I still had occasional problems with odor. With this product, even if I am unable to clean the litter box for several days, there is still no odor!

So much more convenient and easy to use. You actually get all the litter out instead of wasting what gets caught between the cardboard in the boxes. Works great and has great odor control. The only problem I have is that I cannot get the paw points from the packaging to be accepted, but that's not related to the product itself. otherwise.. its great!

The clumping power and then the added clean smell from Fabreze. At the bottom selection for received free product my answer if no not yes and I couldn't figure out how to change it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thru many different brands of cat litter and I always seem to come back to Fresh Step. Highly recommended, I used to use the Multi-Cat but have switched to the Extreme with Febreze and have not gone back.

I agree with other posters that this cat litter has declined in quality. As a fresh step user for over 29 years, there is a distinct decline in clumping agent used. My last cat box clean-out, the litter didn't clump- I had to shovel out what compared to unclumped sand. I will be actively seeking another brand.

I've used this litter for the last several years and it was phenomenal. However, the company has changed this litter to something similar to a generic store brand litter. The original formula was small grained litter that clumped beautifully and had a noticeable fragrance that lingered and controlled odors. The new formulation is very coarse, has an extremely slight scent(compared to the original formulation) and does not control odors as long as the original version. I am so disappointed with companies that destroy the quality of their original product in order to squeeze out more profit. This will no longer be on my purchase list.

This is a good litter, clumping is great feature for easy clean-out of box. It doesn't last as long as the box is small and fills one litter box. This allows for a complete changeover for refreshed litter. Tracking is still an issue but not horrible.
