I really like this litter, it helps control the order with having 2 cats. I scoop the litter box every other day and when people come to my house they don't even know I have cats until they see them in my house. The odor control is awesome as no one ever smells our litter box, couldn't ask for a better product!!!

Now if only we can get our dog litter trained! :D

This new litter works really nicely to contain odors. The cats weren't put off by the new litter as the texture was still the same and the smell no different than when we cleaned around their litter pan (we use Febreze then as well so they were used to the smell).

I just bought this cat litter for my new kitten. He has a habit of making terrible odors with the other two types of cat litter that I've tried. His litter box is in my bedroom due to space and now I only smell febreze when he's in his box! I will never go back to another cat litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 cats and used a different brand in the past and bought a scented litter powder deodorizer to put in the litter. My friend recommended that I try Fresh Step since it was what she used, had odor control and was 99% dust free. Fresh step is now the only cat litter that I use.

I haven't been buying Fresh Step lately, and the brand I was using before did not mask the odor of my cats very well. I decided to return to Fresh Step, and oh boy, I regret not sticking with it before. The litter smells so fresh. After the cats go, the odor dissipates fairly quickly afterward. My room smells decent now. There is little to no dust when changing, too. I think I found the perfect choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very active cat that using the literbox often due to high water consumption. This liter makes clean up very easy with a scoop. With many other liter types it can be difficult to clean up after a cat that urinates often. The clumping is consistent and does not break when using a scoop to clean.

I was using another brand but I switched back to Fresh Step which has been really great. I went to purchase litter one day but the store was out of the kind I usually buy. The only box they had was the Extreme w/ Febreze so got it just to try it out. The scent is so overpowering that when I set up, sift or refill the box, everyone in the house starts to gag or gasp for air, including the cat. Please use a lot less of whatever is that scent, a little goes a long way. The box packaging is nice for tight spaces but I don't care for the pour opening, or how I have to stab at the box to open it.

I love this litter. I have tried them all and this is GREAT. I had the cat box in my office and oh boy it got stinky. So, I decided to try every brand and keep a record of the results. Well, Fresh Step won my little experiment. This is the only litter I use anymore.

I have 4 cats and several litter boxes and so ease of cleaning and, most importantly, odor control are non-negotiable in my kitty litter requirements. I tried a number of the other brand name, and sometimes cheaper, kitty litters which were all a complete fail, and then I tried Fresh Step Extreme and found my forever litter. I have also tried several of the other Fresh Step varieties and loved those as well. I will never -- I mean NEVER -- use any other brand of kitty litter other than Fresh Step.
