We have noticed that for some reason these leave detergent ** the bottom of the dishwasher and on the dishes. They also seem to get hung up ** the dispenser and cause the dispenser to fail to open. I think it’s the shape and separate section for liquid vs powdered detergent. We won’t buy these again.

Cleans fairly well but leaves white particles in and on dishes in the top rack. I have tried everything I know to eliminate this problem, but the only thing that works is running the dishwasher again with no detergent. Such a waste of water, time, and money.

I got this because of the price and really hoped it could replace a name brand product. This product does not work well. I have tried a container and half and it doesn’t clean well. Dishes come out with grit on them. I am going back to the old brand regardless of price. It isn’t worth the rework.

This product does NOT clean your dishes. I usually highly recommend Member's Mark products - not this time. It is cheap because it doesn't work. I thought it was my machine at first but I had my machine serviced - still didn't clean the dishes. So I tried using a Finish product....sparkling clean and not greasy. Sorry Sam's, this is a failed product in my opinion

I am going to switch to a name breand next time. While the price is right & my dishes look clean, I have big white cloudy streaks on my glasses that won't come off. I use the expensive Jet Dry so now I think it must be the Members Mark tabs causing the streaks. My glasses are ruined!

Does wonders on the dishes. I have an old dishwasher where I rent and I would never put my dishes in it with all the food still on it because it doesn't even clean all that well even though I scrape and rinse them prior to loading, but this detergent really helps to clean the dishes better and I love the sparkle it leaves on the glassware. I even used this to clean out my washing machine as there were times when my wash smelled greasy. The pack won't fit in the dispenser so I just throw it in the utensil basket and it gets the job done.

Oh how I long for the Good Ol' Days. These pods may clean well, but because of their shape, they have to be placed in the dispenser a specific way, which is ridiculous. Getting down past 1/2 way of the bucket, some of the pods have split open and spilled powder detergent everywhere. Honestly, it's not worth the savings to go through the hassle. The pods from the past were just fine, then you changed the container which couldn't be opened. Now you can get to the pods, but the shape is wrong and breakage is a problem. Do you not have testers that can review these products BEFORE they go on sale???

After three trials, the performance of this product was inferior to that of the Cascade Original pods I was using before, especially with coffee mugs. Since I'd rather not go back and hand wash most of my mugs from the next 102 loads of dishes, I may spend a few more dollars and go back to a Cascade product.

Since I started using this detergent, the dishes are coming out with tiny white particles stuck to them, the size of a grain of sand. I am especially finding them in the cups and glasses, maybe four or five in each glass. They seem to be particles of the detergent. They will sometimes rinse off and sometimes have to be scraped off, but either way I have to reclean the dishes to get the detergent pieces off.

These had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot because I’m on a major budget. Bad idea. I should have spent a few extra dollars. Maybe they work great for some people, but in my experience i have to completely clean the dishes by hand before putting them in. If there is a dish in there that does actually have *something* on it, it is getting into the dishes that I had previously washed by hand.
