The detergent is fine on porcelain products and plastics, but once you get to glass or anything that is clear, it leaves the worst spots. I have soft water and a quality machine. The dishes look great with cascade. Please Sam's club, update to a better product.

Dishes are clean, but there is a white powder soap residue left in some of the glasses and cups. This requires that I check each item as I take it out of the dishwasher, then rinse and dry the problem items by hand. This was not a problem with the more costly Cascade.

At half the price of the top-tier pods, these are wonderful! Our dishwasher is 5 years old, I rarely rinse dishes and usually just scrape food bits off before loading the dishwasher. This detergent gets all dishes and bakeware perfectly clean with no residue on glasses etc. Please keep making this product!

I purchased in September, and have been disappointed in the quality of the product. For most plates, that have been rinsed before being put in dishwasher, it does ok. But, it leaves a film on some silverware and most of my saucepans, even though these have been pre-rinsed as well.

I have used this in the past. Cleaning has been great. The last tub we bought the size of the pod are too large that it would not fit into the dispenser. I broke my lid trying to close it on the large pod. Cleaning power would get a 5 Star rating.

These work BETTER than Cascade. I was skeptical to buy these because I am very picky about dishwasher pods. I decided to girl it a whirl because they are like $10 cheaper than the leading brands and I love everything Members Mark brand. We have one of those grilling baskets that is caked on with grill grime and it came out SO much cleaner. I have used Cascade on that before and it cleaned it good enough. I have added that basket to each load of dishes I have done the past few times and its almost completely brand new. I have ONLY been using these tablets so I can give an honest review. My dishes come out sparkling clean! I am going to be buying these forever now and urging those with Sams memberships to make the switch!

These clean just as well as the more expensive name brand pods. However, they are too tall for the dispenser in my dishwasher. I have to force the dispenser lid to close. Concerned eventually, it will affect the lid. Does anyone know if I can cut the part of the pod containing the powder (not the liquid side) & empty powder into my dispenser?

I did not realize that it has a rinse agent (i.e Jet dry) built in. So now I will not need to keep buying(JetDry) and remember to re-fill that port all the time. Does wonders on the dishes. I have an old dishwasher where I rent and I would never put my dishes in it with all the food still on it because it doesn't even clean all that well even though I scrape and rinse them prior to loading, but this detergent really helps to clean the dishes better and I love the sparkle it leaves on the glassware. I even used this to clean out my washing machine as there were times when my wash smelled greasy. The pack won't fit in the dispenser so I just throw it in the utensil basket and it gets the job done.

I have experienced issues with the detergent not dissolving. Some reviewers posted pictures of the powder appearing in the dishwasher. In addition, I have noticed some powder in some of the dishes and cups and had to rinse them out. Also, it does not clean as well as the brand name pods (also sold at Sam's club). Although it is good practice, I really need to wash the dishes before I wash the dishes. The leading brand name pods I can get away with rinsing the dishes. Not with these pods.
