2 things you should know

2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

You can make the TV's menu easier to see with High Contrast mode, which displays all menus with an opaque black background and a white font so that text can be more easily read. 1) From the Home screen, navigate to and select Settings. 2) Select General, and then select Accessibility. 3) Select High Contrast to turn it on and change the menu, or select it again to change the menu back to its original appearance. Crystal Clear Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung TV. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is also great. It would be better if I have the sound bar. The only issue I have is on the casting from a laptop. I noticed that the wireless connection drops and it is quite annoying. I hope support can help me at no cost.

Great picture, but thats it

remote: ridiculous. the arrow buttons that you use the most are at the bottom of the remote and are amongst other buttons so closely you constantly push the wrong button. won't connect to the internet; cant load anything via the internet app. won't connect with airplay. no keyboard option for searching titles or entering emails, etc when using phone as remote overall i'm a bit disappointed. ill get used to it, but i thought i was getting a tv that was higher end and there fore user friendly. i would have thought samsung to have spent more on user interface optimization.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Fantastic Television!

Sound is great and picture is crystal clear. The price made this tv even better. Highly, highly recommend!

Love my 65!

Love how easy it is to sync with my Samsung phone and how smooth the transistions from apps to different input sources. Very happy with every Samsung tv I've owned over the years and this 4k TV is everything I had hoped and more.

The Best TV ever

4k, 55", Samsung at a good price!

replacing my 10 year old samsung 55" led 1080p tv that was in my bedroom. that tv rocked, nothing wrong with it, passing it down to the kids so they can game. i wanted to take advantage of the 4k content. the bad: the remote control. seriously! it's 2020 and you kept the same remote from 15 years ago! no voice control, same old school remote! i'd pay an extra $30 on this tv for a better remote. yes, you have an app, but it wants me to have my location to always on, i don't think so!

I am very happy to have purchased this product.

I use my TV for various tasks related TV watching, gaming, and the like. I was also pleased that it is a Smart TV. My previous TV was not, and I am enjoying what this Samsung Smart TV has to offer.

Great TV for the price!!!

A great audio/visual experience with bad interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I quite enjoy Samsung products, and this is no exception. The audio output is phenomenal, and the visuals are decent. However, I get flickering quite often and can't figure out why. The Samsung interface is quite laggy.
