Big tv with amazing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I would have to say this tv is amazing! The size is perfect if u want a movie night with the fam. Sound quality is just like a sound bar. I actually got rid of my sound bar due to how good the regular speakers sound. The quality of picture is crystal clear just like the box says. Just perfect! The ports in the back are just enough. I have my ps4 hooked up and I can still plug in another device. And it being Samsung. If u have a galaxy phone or Samsung type then this tv is a must! I highly recommend this tv to family's and places where u wanta have amazing movie nights!

This product is alright..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am rating this product as 3 stars because, I haven't even had my tv for a year and it has already gone out. Supposedly it has a malfunction that many users have where the screen goes black and wont turn back on. I love Samsung but, the tv was a disappointment.. The worst part is that I will be out a tv for at least a month waiting on a replacement.

In the meantime, if you have not already, please try the below troubleshooting steps to possibly resolve the issue. 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In everyday use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After you've reconnected the external device, could you turn it off and back on? 3. Test the HDMI cable. Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. An excellent TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of sport and play games. Essentially what TVs are made for nowadays. You could probably spend more and get better picture, but the difference isn't worth the price. I got this for 400 bucks. A great deal and awesome TV. It is a little slow switching between apps but that isn't a deal killer. I do wish it came with a voice remote but, also not a big deal. Overall very happy. Great picture, game mode is good. Love it.

Can't beat the value for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow, I love this TV. This was a housewarming present to myself, and I mounted it on the wall in my living room. The picture and the sound are both incredible, and I love how easy it is to navigate to get to Amazon, HBO Max, Netflix, etc. The Samsung TV channels are a nice added bonus! I'm a cord cutter, so the access to extra news, sports, and other programming is always welcome!

On my 3rd one already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st one out of the box had no picture, 2nd one kept losing internet connection after an hour. 3rd one seems to be working so far. I love my old Samsung tvs but if this one gives me one more problem then I'm going to another manufacturer

Very good but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use use the over the air tuner and if we lose signal on 12- channels some times it deletes the channel out of the memory and to watch 12-1 or other 12- channels we have to scan all the channels again. Happens every couple weeks. We do stream channels from internet and use apps for movies which work great. Very happy with quality. Sound works very weird. When you turn TV on you have to volume up every time for few seconds because it is like on zero when you turn it on. Still a great buy and great picture for the price.

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is mounted on the wall in my basement. The picture quality is decent for a TV so large. The sound quality is great. We mainly use it for streaming and it picks up the wifi signal great. I would like to eventually upgrade to a model with a sharper picture but this TV is awesome for the price.

Does so much!

It's so easy to use and they're are so many options you can choose from. I have other Samsung devices so it's perfect to be able to connect all of them. I liked it so much I purchased two TV's.

Great picture, minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sharpness, clarity and deep blacks of the picture but once I starting watching 4K discs, there was an audio issue that would pop up on a disc every now and then. I tried multiple different players and multiple different sound outputs but the problem persisted. Obviously, I'm at fault for not getting a warranty or noticing the issue sooner, but I think the company should cover manufacturer defects as my tv is currently at a local shop. Any other audio output sounds perfect, but it gets muddled when it's out through a 4K player.

I love this TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a 55" UN55NU7100F model. It was a Christmas gift 4 years ago. I am actually still learning features on this. The color is awesome. I use the Smart TV features alot for streaming, listening to music through my samsung surround system. I have a Samsung Note 8 and the whole family of electronics get along well.
