[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TU7000 to be the main TV in our house, and it has been a great TV so far. It's a great price for an entry level TV, and it has very good picture quality. Plus it's backed by Samsung, which gives me additional comfort.

My 50" TU7000 is defective on day one so it's going back to the store. I used it for at most an hour before the screen went completely blank. Remains blank across every input source, can't even get a menu to show up or the screen to flicker while power cycling it. So whatever, mine is defective, it happens. However, during the brief time I was able to use it, I also had the wifi completely fail until I unplugged the tv from the wall to power cycle it. So I'm skeptical of the wifi card they used. I was also unimpressed with some lag and sluggishness from the operating system and the maximum brightness of the display seemed rather dim. At the price point I was totally satisfied with the features and picture quality and I was prepared to deal with a handful of minor issues, but with the possibility of shoddy wiring and a poor wifi card across the line I think I need to choose a different model/brand. Hopefully I'm wrong and I got the worst example.

the 43inch crystal tv i purchased is working well so far but the remote that came with it is really difficult to use and i could not find any instructions for it either in the tv user manual or online. it has many tiny buttons with no explanation of their function. also i miss the swivel base that was an important feature of the samsung tv that i had to replace.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Ever since acquired this smart TV, covers pretty much all my needs (wants). Easy to install and setup and top list, WIFI enabled, less cabling. Visually impeccable if you have good channels (4k but hey let's be real, still coax resolution) but internet wise and watching extreme high resolution on 5ghz wifi: makes my skin and eyes freak out - impeccable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the thing I love most about this TV, is that to mirror my Samsung Galaxy S10, I just have to tap it to the TV. Honestly, it is the coolest feature by far. It's as easy as tapping your credit card to pay. I love all the extra Samsung channels and the extreme variety that comes with them. The streaming services are as easy to use as pressing the button to each corresponding service on the remote. I have not just one, but three of these TVs now, because of these features alone. If anyone asked me what kind of TV I would pick for my next purchase, from now till anytime in the future, my response will sincerely forever be "a Samsung".

The only thing I do not like is that there are a lot of apps that I would like to uninstall since it comes in a list from left to right. Or just a better way to organize the main home screen since most of the apps I use are on the far right side and I have to scroll all the way to reach them. But besides that, the TV truly does look beautiful and works really well. The things Samsung TV come with are also really fun and unique.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My roommate and I use it to stream our Panopto lectures for vet school and have no problem wirelessly connecting to the TV. Our lectures and labs are easy to see and the sound is MUCH better than it was on our laptops. This TV is also great for movies and tv. Works well with Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and Netflix. We are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our model for both business and pleasure. Gaming for the kids, relaxation for our pets, and focus for our work. The best feature is the home menu allowing access to all the apps you have and the ability to add more. The product home screen allows us to conveniently switch from one input to another with the exception of switching to an outdated game system such as a Wii which does not connect via HDMI. UNFORTUNATELY, we have to use a seperate component box to connect it. And in doing so not all the time does the TV recognize when we are trying to connect it because it does not easily switch from TV to Component. I love that it has more than HDMI port. I wish it had at least 3. With the Component issue above It would be useful if the TV had more than 1 TV input sources. Such as TV1 IN and TV2 IN that uses the older component cables (RCA audio, video cables) so connecting the older game systems would be easier. Would also be great if when the older model game system is selected then the TV would recognize the lack of image resolution and adjust to that setting so the video quality still looks good. As it currently is, any older model connected to this TV has poor video quality and everything is completely blurred making it very difficult to enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is cool. Nice image overall. Great for movies and gaming. The blacks when living room is lighted you can barely see. Pretty sure changing menu would fix it but then having to switch it back again when lighting is off would be a hassle. I just wish the smart tv interface was better. There is at times delay when moving thru menus and stuff. This is where they are missing out.
