Amazing Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Crystal UHD TV is in the most used room of my home. Everything that is watched or listened to is streamed. Whether I am casting from my phone or through one of the many applications available or my computer. I always get the best quality picture and sound. I will be getting one for every room in my home as so should everyone who is buying a new television.

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy with our new TV purchase the clarity of the picture and sound is way better than anything we've seen. The vibrant colors show through when watching TV, it takes the experience to another level, we love watching nature shows and almost feel as if we've opened the door to this location. A Nice, but Mostly Average Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for a spare living room and while it was much cheaper than the broken (our fault) 2017 65” Q7F it replaced, it's picture quality is pretty good in comparison. The clarity surprised me. Surely, it's not going to be at the top of any lists, but it's not the worst I've seen. The only thing that actually frustrates me is the Tizen OS. When it's actually working, it's finicky and simple tasks like navigating through the SmartHub can take several seconds. Luckily, that can be fixed with an external smart device. I'd purchase another for a spare room, but I wouldn't buy one as a primary set. I love our 2020 85” Q80T for that.

Beautiful HUGE TV

We use this TV for movies and shows and it's like having a real theatre in our house. The TV is easy to set up with power and an ethernet cable. Logging into your favourite streaming service is made easy with QR codes. You can't get all sports streaming services in app format however...

Great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first crystal UHD television. I have been very satisfied with both the picture quality and sound. The fact that you can make play sound through a Bluetooth speaker is a plus. Especially if you live in a small space and can't put a big sound system in. Easy to set up right out of the box. One surprise I had was the 200 built in free channels. You can still hook up a digital antenna and get more free channels. This is the best TV that I've ever owned. Thanks Samsung!

Very nice. Great Price.

This review should replace the one with the wrong description. I purchased this at the end of March, and finally took it out the box April 18th, after I got the bracket installed. The picture is great, the volume /speakers are okay. I'll probably install a sound bar.

tv stopped working in less than a week

Purchased on 10/9/2022 , tv stopped working 10/13/2022. Had it tv for less than a week and it started flickering on and off. Will be returning it back to sam's for a new TV. Come to find out this has happened to others. It did have a great picture quality.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly.<br /><br />Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:<br /><br />1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. <br /><br />2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. <br /><br />3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.<br /><br />4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. <br /><br />The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Airplay stopped working immediately

I bought this particular tv for the Apple airplay capabilities, hoping I wouldn't have to buy an external device to stream from my laptop. After about 5 times working poorly it stopped altogether. So now I'll have to run through service to figure out why their tv won't work as advertised.

Ok

Its ok. What I learned was, look for a tv that says on the box: 5.1 dolby surround if you want to enjoy good sound with it. This had ARC which is not very good. You have to buy an ARC speaker set separately and that means its only 2 speakers and kind of low quality sound at that. I wouldn't chose another with ARC, when I listen to Outlander, I want full fascinating sound with it and this didn't cut it. The receiver and surround system I have, it just doesn't work with it.

Great value overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased 3 of these televisions so far. Sound quality is above average from tv alone. Picture quality is excellent. Tech aspects are above average. Ease of use is average. Only problem I had was figuring out hbo max wasn't a compatible app for this model so I had to utilize the smart things app to connect the screen share feature. For some reason my phone and the tv won't connect for screen share if I don't do it through the smart things app.
