[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung TV. I had previously the 6 and 8 series. While my 8 Series (2019) had much better refresh rate and picture quality, I must say I found the Crystal UHD as good. Highly recommended.

i wanted a large tv as my eyesight has gotten fuzzy over the years. the price and the brand were my deciding factors. hanging the tv on the wall opened a ton of space in my living room compared to my old entertainment stand. the picture and sound quality are nice. i use the fiber optic audio with my home stereo system and enjoy theater quality veiwing. samsung made a great product and i am happy to have gotten it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a half an hour to 45 minutes in target looking at all the TVs this is the best one we saw for sale. It was the largest TV they had at 75 inches but the color and depth of the picture was amazing for the size. I always had the theory smaller is better for colors and resolution but this is outstanding. Totally would recommend anybody I know.

this is the worst tv i got from samsung, it broke down after the 1st month of normal use, fixed with warranty coverage, the lcd had to replace because of the malfunction, it turns on and off with the black screen. after a year it blacked out again with the same issue.

Growing up with as far as chibis and now having one of the best I've ever seen is a beautiful work of art thank you Samsung 5ax credible stuff clear as Crystal Clear point where I can pretty much feel like I'm really living inside the chibi it's incredible I wish I can get some more Samsung TVs in this house so I can feel like I'm living in a 3D World you can also put me down a list if you ever went to retrieve any more TVs because I haven't I'm Blown Away by the you can now the volume is afraid to Bluetooth hook up this amazing I can hook it up to my smart you know Smart Home twenty years ago he told me that but I could do with some of these TVs you if I would have told you your friend so in all honestly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first month I had the tv everything was sluggish and slow and I tried finding updates repeatedly and powering off/unplugging etc but nothing seemed to fix the slowness, I'm talking 2 seconds to respond to a button push, I use a pc so once its set its not a massive issue but the other issue i had was every time I switched inputs the tv powered off. Then miraculously after a month or so one day I accidently unplugged it while the tv was on and those issues disappeared. I'd unplugged it while it was off/asleep at least a dozen times trying to fix this so if anyone else has the same issue keep trying to unplug it while on lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We liked and bought Samsung TVs in the past but we are very disappointed in Samsung with the last one we purchased. It failed after 1 year. The main board B94-16105B (versionYE02) failed 2 months after the year warranty. I went to several tv repair shops and searched the internet and no one still has the board and can't get one. They all carry main boards for all other Samsung models except this model (UN58TU700DFXZA). This model must have been a ''lemon'' but Samsung did not notified the public. Please let me know where I can purchase this board. (B94-16105B version YE02) or please give me a contact number as to how to order this board.

i have only had this tv a couple weeks so i cannot say a lot about the durability. so far i'm really pleased with my purchase. the picture quality and sound quality are really a step up from my previous tv. i have a freestanding tv mount and was able to get it hooked up to the back of this tv without any issues. i am by no means a tv expert but i was able to set this tv up right out of the box without any issues.

Beyond the features advertised there are even more benefits than I did not expect. I appreciate the multiple capabilities of having free channels, downloadable apps, and internet browser access which allows me to continue work and even attend meetings on my television! The picture quality is amazing plus I've received tons of compliments from friends and family who have also viewed the television. The original television I purchased for this one to replace is no comparison. When I plan to update the master bedroom with another television I would definitely consider purchasing this one again.
