[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality on this set is absolutely beautiful. I was impressed from the first moment that I turned it on. Most of my main streaming services came preinstalled and it didn't take very long to acquaint myself with the menus. As this is my first Samsung set since smart TVs became popular, I didn't have many expectations going into the experience. One thing in particular that I enjoyed is that right out of the box I can use the Samsung TV Plus app to load an on screen guide with a decent number of live TV channels including a few live news feeds (including CBSN) - a HUGE advantage for those of us that are desperately trying to cut the cord. Sound quality seems good, volume is loud enough that I don't think I'll need to add a sound bar. My only gripe with this set is that the remote isn't quite as responsive as I would like. The rubber buttons don't have a particularly satisfying click and the positioning of the navigation buttons is a bit too low on the remote. On the whole, I am pretty thoroughly impressed with this television and have mounted it in my living room (connected to the kitchen) for peak usage by myself and my family.

Don't rely on it for reliably accessing any streaming apps without failing within 5 minutes and causing endless frustrations. Finally bought a Roku to avoid throwing this tv away and investing in a more reliable brand. As well, Samsung basically requires an account sign up to use the tv. Unnecessary and beyond frustrating to have so many loopholes just to watch tv

When originally looking at TV's I thought to my self Samsung is an amazing brand which I soon found the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65". Which I ordered. For the price and being name brand, I couldn't pass it up. When the TV arrived at my house the box was pretty beat up. Which I saw that Samsung has packed the inside perfectly where nothing was damaged. I set up the TV which was pretty easy. The app Smart things was a little tricky as it did freeze during set up. I had to continue the set up through the remote then go back to the app. Now that works fine as well. I like that the TV comes with 2 clips to secure and hide cables and the power cords to the legs/stand on the TV. Now I have the TV set up and connected to the internet. I found the apps are easy to use. It also was easy to comment via WiFi to my network. We have used facebook live, Prime Video, and HBO Go. There is an issue with Prime Video and this Samsung TV. Hoping it gets resolved soon, so to access Prime Video I had to connect my fire stick. Which it worked fine. Now the TV and quality. The picture is amazing! The crystal technology really allows for different shades of colors which gives so much more dimensions. Watching cartoons you can even see the difference! The screen on the TV pretty much takes up the whole front of the tv without having a frame. Making the TV seem bigger. I really enjoy this TV and it exceeds all expectations for the cost! I highly recommend this tv to all my friends!

no voice navigation. remote is very poor. seems like not compatible with voice navigation. general navigation with remote is also not very intuitive. also, tv does not seem to be ready for voice navigation, even though online and support say it is. switching channels and apps is so difficult. only way i would keep it if they send new remote with voice navigation but they refused. i might have to return it.

this tv is garbage. it is flimsy and the screen cracked by simply moving it. stay away from this tv. it is fragile and sansung will not take care ot it. it is physical damage. i have probably moved 20 tvs around in my life and no issues. this one is made of egg shells.

I was very excited, this being my first Samsung tv, but I got to say, I'm actually a little disappointed. The tv looks great, the actual display is amazing, but it lacks some key features. This being a 2020 Smart TV, you would assume that it would only have the latest and the greatest features but it doesn't. It doesn't have HBO Go, Now, or Max.. it doesn't even have hulu. It lacks de SmartHub that even 2018 tvs have. This feels like the disgraced brother of the Series 7 TU7000. I was really excited about this, but you're better off with any other Smart TV.

I have a small living room but this fits so nicely against the wall! The quality is amazing and the screen is clear and everything looks amazing that we've watched!! We all love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my Second-time owner of Samsung SmartTV. I am always truly impressed Samsung product line, Samsung 2020 TV line was no shortage. This Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65” has to a lot offer. For starters, the entire bezel of the TV frame is extremely minimum almost no existent just like today's high-end smartphone! Which allows for a much more immersive view of the 65" 4K vivid HDR display. The first-time set-up and configuration of the TV were easy and straight forwards and even voice activation works immediately to guide you through the already simple process and additionally allows for ease of customization for flexibly! Secondly, out of the box, the SmartTV comes with dozens of ready to use apps and internet streaming services including Samsung TV Plus Store and local channels for free through internet TV with major networks like FOX, USA Today, Popular Mechanics..etc that doesn't require any additional attachments or cable boxes. Which is very convenient such as Prime video is my primary movie and TV streaming app! Thirdly, sound quality is superior, loud, very crisp, and distinct that captures fine details and sounds, creating a much more in-depth TV experience similar to a movie theater! Concluding this review I would highly recommend the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65”.

The picture is great. I find it difficult to navigate the options and find what I am looking for. The internet option does not work as I expected. Also, I can't use the internet option to watch CBC Gem or CTV online. I get to a certain point, and it goes back to a previous screen. I use a Roku stick to watch Prime and BritBox with no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best TV we have viewed outside of a movie theater. We needed a bigger TV. We spend a lot of time watching all types of entertainment. It was very easy to setup with both on screen and the Samsung app. If you run in problems just turn the TV off to reset the setup process. I love that we can watch many free channels from movies, music, sports, cartoons, news, and basic channels. It even has a digital TV guild. Netflix and prime video can be accessed directly from the remote. The graphics are beautiful, clear, and bright. There is more viewing area because the TV's frame is so slime it appears to have none. The sound can be adjusted to amplified which gives the effect of surround sound. The TV remote can control our connected Amazon fire stick. Adding devices is truly plug and play. New devices are easily, quickly, and automatically connected. The legs are strong and stable. They would not break if the TV was dragged on them. The AC plug is removable. The only coin is that there is no video/audio plug only the 2 Hdmi and USB plugs. We highly recommend this TV, Samsung makes great equipment.
