Great Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my bedroom for watching TV at night. However, the TV has proven to be extremely versatile. I use it for TV, Netflix, Xbox and Hulu. The interface is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this TV, especially since it switches between regular and game modes automatically.

Stunning brand new experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before having this television, our family were used to have limited quality on the television, which restricted vibrant colors and a smaller size. With this television, everything feels like it's been a step up in every way, having a major upgrade never felt so much better, especially when it's movie night or when my son is playing video games, everything pops and runs smoothly at 60fps on this TV. I have not regretted this purchase and I hope others will find the same experience with this television as we did.

Used Mainly For Gaming Meets Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children use this TV to play on their X Box Series X & stream videos on YouTube & that's about it. The picture is exceptionally clear & there seem to be no lags with game play, either live game play or otherwise & we don't experience any issues with buffering/ lags with audio & video when streaming or any other problems. The audio is crisp very & loud; it IS in a fairly small room about 12'x18', given the size of the TV, so I'd be interested in comparing it to how it'd sound in our living room that has a cathedral ceiling & is open to both our living & dining rooms & entryway (NO walls). The TV was ridiculously easy to set up, pair to my S20 & register, my 6 yr old prob could've done it. I honestly can't imagine a better TV experience. Hopefully it doesn't have the app limitations that our previous Samsung TV does; we can't utilize as many apps as we'd like to due to a message that tells us there is not enough room on the TV for more apps; odd, because there are less than 10 & I we've also had difficulty removing things (apps) from it. Again, referring to a Samsung flat screen purchased in 2018, not the Crystal UHD TU7000 I'm currently reviewing. I don't see us being another TV anytime soon, but I know when we do, that will be a Samsung as well. Pleased with purchase.

Too dark...no backlight controls.

Bought this last week. Background is so dark that it cannot be watched except in darkest room even with maximum brightness and everything reset as per Samsung recommendations. Backlight controls have been removed by Samsung so cannot fix. Samsung help line says its the fault of the TV producers who make movies and shows too dark. Taking it back, getting different manufacturer.

Love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the clarity of the image! No bugs or screen freeze so far! Perfect for my small living room. Love that the updates are automatic with a small notification when completed. The only negative feedback I have is that I'm not able to share the screen from my macbook. I can do it with my iphone but not the computer unless through HDMI.

Great picture, Great sound!

i finally moved out of the stone ages, and bought my first smart tv! so far i am loving it, all my services in one location! no more hunting for the remote, only to find it and realize it's not the one you need. my only complaint is that sometimes it won't turn on, at all. the only thing that fixes it, is to unplug it for about 10 seconds. what's up with that, samsung?

Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a great picture. It does not have many apps, which is a con. We have Roku which have a lot of apps. It is hard to work pluto tv on this tv. Over-all the picture quality and sound quality are great.

AWESOME!!!

Not as Smart as I Expected

The picture is great and the TV looks beautiful in the room. I do not like how it only has 2 HDMI inputs. If I want to be able to control the volume of a external speaker I have to use one of the two HDMI inputs. Optical input I have no control and Bluetooth has terrible sound quality. The SmartThings app even have a keyboard where you can type in a search or a title. The connecting process took for ever and a call to customer support. I am fairly tech savvy and work in the pro-audio industry and it came to me just going through the connection sequence about 10 times. Apple Airplay and AppleTV app works great, but there is no replacement for having an Apple TV.

very nice background.
