Customer reviews for SAMSUNG 43" Class TU700D-Series Crystal Ultra HD 4K Smart TV UN43TU700DFXZA forGreat TV!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 65” tv that I've owned and I'm glad I decided to go with a Samsung. The quality of the picture is great! This is my second owned Samsung, I don't think I'll be going to any other brand.
Crystal Clear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lets just say I do not usually sit in front of a tv all day but I am glued. I feel like I am actually in the movie and tv shows with the people. The quality is the best! The picture is so clear you can see every little detail. Apps are easy to install and you have added features to make it go above and beyond the call of duty! I love my Samsung tv!
Samsung Crystal tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with the purchase of my new television! The picture and sound is clear. I've read many reviews that did not speak highly of the tv and I still decided to purchase. I am so happy I did!
We wanted a bigger screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was a replacement for our previous Samsung TV. The old set still worked great, but we wanted a bigger screen. The new TV has such a clear, bright picture. The colors really pop. It fits perfectly in our room.
What happened?
i typically look to samsung for quality products, but this television did not meet my expectation. 1. the wifi connection is unstable. 2. theres an issue with lagging - at times i'll make selections on the remote control and nothing happens on the tv for several seconds so i press the button again and the tv will perform that function twice. this is incredibly frustrating because you have to wait for the tv to respond all over again. 3. the settings arent as intuitive to navigate. if i could give this tv zero stars, i would. i am dissappointed.
Reggie: I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1301.5 is now available on the Support page on the Samsung website. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Good for now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great TV in general but as far as processing speeds go I personally feel it could definitely be faster but that's pretty much all TVs. The TVs feet are sturdy but rather long. As far as the tv itself goes it's an imaculent picture , average sound quality and a fairly comfortable user interface
Hi Jordy, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am happy to hear that you are enjoying your new television featuring our ultra-fast Crystal Processor 4K and HDR for stunning definition and a naturally crisp and vivid picture. We appreciate your feedback regarding your TV's response time. The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router To further optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope these tips help. Great Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement to my Hisense android tv with similar specs and dimensions. Samsungs TVs are just so much more consistent and reliable. The picture is phenomenonal. It connects to my samsung note 20 perfectly and the motion jutter reduction is very impressive.
Great picture & smart features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two to replace older Vizio TV's that were not smart...wanted 4K and smart built in to make streaming easier...we are pretty loyal to Samsung TV's...had a 75" QLED and replaced with an 82" QLED...also have an older 43" Plasma...originally purchased two LG, had a better sale price and a good picture but strangely the LG did not allow the ESPN streaming app so we returned and got these two Samsung...great picture...great for TV and gaming...great for streaming...the TV menu sucks...overly detailed and not intuitive...3 or 4 not clear menu choices just to simply turn on the sleep timer...a more straight forward menu...more straight forward remote with a LIGHT button to backlight the remote and this would be a 100% TV...
No Problems!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream movies/tv series and I love my tv! The volume is great, I don't have to have it up so high to clearly hear it. This thing is bright though, so depending on what I'm watching, I may have to turn down the brightness. Animated movies look exceptional on here, bright colors, clarity…I truly have no complaints.
