Sound level jumps
I just bought this 70” TU7000 my first Samsung after years with LG. So beyond disappointing and frustrating because everytime I rewind and press play, the volume level jumps, sometimes it's automatically louder and sometimes vice versa.

Great picture and features

Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

Samsung Smart TVs let you sync with Google Home, allowing you the convenience of using voice commands for certain functionalities, such as power on/off, volume up/down, channel change, input source change, and playback control. Here is a step-by-step guide for syncing with Google Home: 1) Make sure you have the SmartThings app on your mobile device. Add your TV device to the SmartThings app. 2) Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app. 3) Select the Add button. Great choice!
i chose this tv as a replacement for a vizio that i had bought just two months earlier. it took forever to register commands from the remote and kept losing wifi connection. i have been very satisfied with this samsung. it has great picture quality, good sound, responds quickly, and i've had zero issues with the wifi connection. one of my complaints about 4k tvs is how dark some shows are, but switching to "movie" mode solved this problem. only thing i wish it would do, but doesn't, is allow me to rearrange or remove apps from the list, so that the ones i use daily are at the beginning of the list, saving me scrolling. i would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great picture for the Price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has an great picture for most anything from Standard cable television viewing to streaming movies to gaming from a console. Only thing I don't like is that it wasn't manufactured with enough RAM or ROM memory for streaming apps. It has very limited space available to download streaming apps.
Amazing picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first 4K TV I've ever owned, or really ever seen, for that matter. Pros: The picture quality is amazing. It makes older movies a completely new experience. Mind blown. I can't imagine what 8K looks like, or why anyone would ever want anything better than 4K, after seeing this picture quality. It has lots of features, too. Easy to pair to a keyboard and mouse. The internet browser is even pretty good, actually. There are plenty of connections, for the average person. The sound isn't what you'd expect to come out of a hifi stereo. No TV will. However, as far as modern TVs go, the sound is as good or better than expected. It pairs nicely with my Samsung phone, too. Oh, did I mention how amazing the picture quality is?!?!? Cons: I've read this complaint several times, while I was researching to buy it. It was really the only recurring complaint I read. But, I decided to take a chance. How bad could it be... Well, it's real. The navigation through any menu is painful. It constantly pauses, causing you to overshoot your selection by repetitively trying to press a button to get it to do something. Then it will "catch up" with all your presses. Just so you can do it all over again to go back. Sometimes, it pauses for 10 seconds or more. But not usually but 0.5-1 second pauses (which is bad enough). Hopefully, they'll come out with a firmware update to fix this. I still don't regret buying it though. The price was in my range, for such a quality TV.

We can also use the remote to control our Roku. The unit is still new to us and we would like to start watching some movies to experience more of the picture and sound quality. Thank you
Samsung - Like no other!

I decided on the 82” mainly for sports viewing of course! It was an easy choice because I already have 4 other Samsung TV's in the house. Samsung has always delivered on quality for me. The 82” is in your face when watching sports and that is what I was looking for! I wanted to feel like I was at the game and that's what I get out of this TV! Thanks Samsung!!!
Has really changed my room into a theater!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I use my TV mostly for streaming and playing video games. being able to use the home button and have a quick list of my streaming services at the ready, also to just turn Game mode on in just a few seconds really makes it that much better! I bought the tv because I needed a good one to go with my playstation and I was not disappointed at all with the hdr settings that I was able to apply especially with the advanced settings! I love my new tv!
Black screen after two months
we purchased our samsung in august and it seemed to work great! all of a sudden not two months later, the tv screen is black with a faint image. i researched all possible solutions and nothing has solved our issue. this is apparently a common issue. we turn off the tv and its working, then the next say we turn it on and it is a black screen and doing the same thing. we have audio and we can see the tv has turned on but we cant actually watch our brand new expensive tv. my old vizio from 2014 is a better working tv than this, which we still use in a seperate room. do not buy unless you are ready to pay for a brand new tv to be repaired. extremely frustrating.
