Great Quality, Features, and More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was the best purchase I have ever made! The one remote feature simplifies control of devices, along with the smart apps installed and this being 4K UHD with HDR 10 Support it is the ultimate TV for the price! The wifi is great and so is the wired ethernet (I use ethernet for faster streaming). The stand isn't clutter causing and it easily fits a Xbox One underneath it.

Great TV, Bad Sound

we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.

Amazing TV

I'm addicted to Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming my favorite streaming apps. I mainly wat h movies and cartoon series. I love that all of my apps are accessible on the home screen!! I just push a button and they're right there!! The sound is great and colors beautiful. The only things that bother me about my TV is how dark it is when watching films with dark movie sets. I even turn off my lights and adjust the brightness without affecting the picture quality. But it's still very hard to see for someone who is visually impaired. We need a way to brighten up the dark films. The remote is also very confusing. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to it. It's not set up for convenience at all in my opinion. If it weren't for those things, this TV would definitely have 5 stars!! I'm addicted to Sam's now, so they're not losing my business!! Thank you, Samsung!!

MY FIRST SAMSUNG TV

Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’ 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. Nice but light bleeding on bottom blacks.

we moved into a new place back in may and after watching the tv at night i noticed a light coming through the bottom. only can tell when the bottom color is black or very dark. then it somehow seemed to get worse over the past 2 months. in the picture you can see how light seems to be bleeding through at the bottom where the color is true black. besides this the tv is nice.

Please the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2. Determine if the issues are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for bleeding on the screen during the Picture Test. If there is not any, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the external device's cable that is showing bleeding. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if bleeding appears during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see bleeding during the Picture Test. Great Quality, Smart Abilities Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV quality is great, but the smart abilities are lacking slightly. Luckily we have a Roku so we just use that, but it would be nice to actually use the TV's apps instead. All in all, though, we're happy with it.

Great TV

I love the quick buttons on the remote giving me easy access to Netflix and other aps. I also love that Samsung removed the loud power on/off sound of previous models! Great TV for the price.

Excellent TV for a Bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know we are in the age where we have big tv's in the living room or family room. This 43" tv would be perfect for that room. This is an excellent tv for a bedroom. It is not too big. It would beautifully mounted or on a stand. The picture is sharp. The color will adjust to the lighting in the room if you choose that function. The usability is very easy. TV was easy to initially set-up. I have a FireStick that I connect to the tv as well. The TV recognizes the FireStick and properly names it in the input sources. Sound quality is okay. I would give it a 7. If you would like a big theatre type sound, I would go with a sound bar. My only drawback is that there is not enough HDMI connections. There are 2 HDMI connections which made me a little disappointed from giving this tv 5 stars. One spot is already taken by the cable box. So if you have a FireStick, Video Game System, and possibly a DVD player, you will have to shuffle some inputs around.
