after a couple days of trying to get past error message, googling, how to fix, etc. finally working. then you have to add apps, login etc. what i do not like at all is the row of apps at the bottom of the screen. you/i can't tell which one i am on and everytime you turn tv on it doesn't go back to what i was watching/app before. then i have to search for hulu all over again. getting use to it now, but not an easy tv for a non-electronics person.

Whenever I'm watching 4k content, the picture quality is excellent with great colors and deep blacks. I have a lot of smart home products and the TV works well within the ecosystem. I have a soundbar connected and the TV turns it on/off as the TV turns on/off, it was pretty much just plug/play without the need to configure any settings which made the process easy. The only small issue is that there seems to be a dark spot in the bottom left corner that can be seen from certain viewing angles but that could just be my model I'm not sure. Overall the TV is excellent and worth every penny. It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV has a great picture and sound. Works great for streaming. The only downside is that there are only 2 HDMI ports. I had to purchase an A/B switch since cable took one HDMI port and the sound system took the other. Needed some place for blu-ray player and Fire stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV. Beautiful, crisp clear image. Really like the wifi capability that makes it one less device powered to stream from. Size makes it easy to relax and play split screen games and see text or detail. Only things I wish were different - a stronger screen material to prevent from cracking; an additional HDMI port so I could have my Blu-ray, Switch and XBox all with different inputs; and finally the ability to edit the home options like which order the apps are in and to remove unused ones like Apple+, etc. I "disable" the apps that I don't use, but they still show up and make it hard to get to my more often used services that end up at the far far right. Besides these small improvements, I'm quite happy with my nice big TV.

first off, i love this tv. worth every penny! ive had it for about 2 weeks now and heres what i have to say tv quality is phenomenal and i couldnt see myself with anything less than 4k now. 65" is very big. when you're in the store comparing sizes, 65 doesn't look too bad, but once it's in your house thats another story. however, after a while i warmed up to the size. set up was pretty easy, just connect to wifi and create an account. it took about 30 minutes. the remote is confortable to use too lastly, the stand that it comes with is actually really sturdy! i was worried a tv so big on those tiny legs might fall over if someone were to bump into the table its on but i attempted shaking the table and bumping into it and the tv didn't budge.

It give you a user friendly Home Screen and makes your streaming experience enjoyable. I did not struggle to find what I was looking for.
