So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother in law bought a 83", same model. Excellent picture. Decided to buy the same but smaller 75". Didn't wanna pay almost double for 10" more. Excellent tv, good sound, has bluetooth. The tv interface is a little clunky and slow to response. Will have ti see if it last!

Fantastic Graphics

i am amazed at the quality of graphics and simplicity of use. i do have a problem when utilizing the remote interface on the internet. the arrow or mouse function is somewhat clunky, slow and very difficult to operate. i think when the technology reaches better standards, it should be a very easy function to interact when used.

Not Friendly With streaming Service

the picture is good and setting up was very easy. my issue is with samsung forcing you to see their “sponsored” streaming service everytime you turn the tv on, plus the remote is not friendly with other streaming services. i would check the compatibility and/or functionality of your streaming service before buying. samsung should put the customer first and create a way to set the default to your desired streaming service. you spend a lot of money for their product and shouldn't be forced to look at their “sponsored” service everytime you turn on the tv.

It's a television...

this television is great overall... when it's working. today the screen went dark and it's trying to turn itself off and on and the red indicator light flashes. this television is @ two years old and this is the second time with the same failure. it took 2 weeks to get home service repairs last time and it was still under warranty. hopefully, i'll be able to find my purchase receipt and it will be under warranty still. if it isn't, i won't replace it with a samsung.

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. First Thin TV Really enjoy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I will never buy a TV again until I see what appears on the screen when you adjust volume. Samsung has a large box that covers 25% of the screen, so if you have kitchen noise or street noise nearby, a big pop up ruins the picture because you are constantly changing volume. I would not buy this TV again just because of this thoughtless screen display that interferes with enjoyment regularly. Why not just a very small area with numbers or dashes.

I love this TV its great and sleek and the quality is great. Only issue is the audio on this TV. Like some background sounds will be louder than when people talk and whenever I'm watching anything I'm constantly fidgeting with the audio because there's not a perfect setting. Maybe I should get speakers I don't know!

Love the picture you can see from all angles

Great picture color and its great watching movies on. Who needs to go out to theaters I have my own. Thank you Samsung for a great product

Great TV so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great picture , apps lag a little cbs all access especially slow for some reason-have to unplug and plug in then maybe it will work. only had 2 weeks so far seen picture problems on some comments, worked great first 3 days then had picture problems. i tried every thing in menu nothing worked. i work a lot and poof the picture looks great again like when i first got going on 4 days now. otherwise so far working ok.

Decent television

Crystal definitely does mean crystal quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it for everything. Ps4 even switch looks great, streaming apps are all good except paramount plus but that's not a Samsung issue. Great quality and really doesn't need a soundbar as far as sound goes.
