Absolutely love the picture and easy to use

Just okay, not too happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is nice for the price, my only issue is, it's very hard to see the people during night scenes. This is an issue with this model. I've read forums where others have this problem and is unable to find a fix. This is and ongoing issue that I hope Samsung will find a fix soon.

Great Buy

ive owned vizio, lg, sony amoung others brands. this samsung is the very best of all. i toyed between the samsung and one other brand. howver, at my office, we have samsung in the conference room as well as the employee break room. seeing how clear the picture was on those tvs aided in my decision to purchase a samsung. easy to set up and easy to locate/download apps.

TV was simply superb and bezzeless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] User interface in TV is great and it is easy to use. You can install apps from the store easily. By using smart things app you can control TV without remote this feature is superb and the viewing angles are too good. Sound also great and the quality of the screen is mind blowing. In built chrome cast is easy to setup. Go with samsung quality of the panels are superb.

Great TV - Amazing Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has an amazing picture. It feels like the actors on the screen are in the room with you! It took us a while to figure out the speaker settings. The remote has large buttons that are easy to read and easy to use.

Samsung 65” tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We utilize as the main tv for streaming in our family room. The picture is very good. We use a sound bar connected thru the arc hdmi. Only issue is we cannot use our external headphones and the speakers at the same time. No external sound connection except for hdmi. All connections are either/or and not both.

TV is real Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: We use this for streaming purpose. Picture and sound quality is very good. I am very impressed with speed and inbuilt capability of resuming last played video and closing the video/app when you switch off the tv. Cons: Store doesnt have much apps and you dont have option to install an app otherwise.

This product has great clarity and picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming and appreciate how easily it works with most apps. I was able to cancel my subscription cable service because I can now access my shows through this TV without it. It came preloaded with a great selection of apps that I use all of the time. Sound quality is very good and the TV fits perfectly in my living room. The picture clarity is so much better than my previous TV, and makes you feel like you're actually watching sporting events from the sidelines. I would highly recommend this TV and glad that I made my purchase.

Great Quality, Horrendous smart TV functionality

i'm very pleased with the picture quality, but absolutely hate the "smart tv" functionality. first, it has a built-in samsung tv plus that auto-plays if you don't have any inputs. i only use over-the-top streaming content, so i don't have any inputs. i had to do a workaround to delete the tv plus channels to prevent them from auto-playing. that didn't actually disable the tv plus app, instead of playing it now shows an error. second, the smart hub, which allows you to view your apps, has ads! there's no way to disable the ads, even though i paid for the tv! third, navigating the installed apps using the smart hub is very tedius. horrible ui design. roku, firestick, etc. are all better. in the end i had to use my old roku and not even any functionailtiy of the built-in smart tv.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a working LG tv, although it is much bigger. I find the color is a bit off. The Power and Energy Saving is a nice feature, but it does not get to a low enough brightness. I find it is still too bright especially for night viewing. The biggest issue I have is the remote control. I always have to turn on a lamp to push the correct buttons because it has no light. How do you spend that much money for a mediocre remote control? I have hit the wrong button many times, partly because the buttons at the bottom of the remote are too small. The special buttons for Netflix and Prime and Samsung TV are useless and take up too much room on the remote.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture.
