I love my new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. It is the perfect size for the depth of my living room. The picture quality is outstanding and the on screen menu is very responsive, no lag! The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the layout of the remote. The buttons I use the most, pause,play, are at the bottom and not ergonomically placed for one handed usage. That's my only suggestion for room for improvement. This TV is awesome, even when compared to my son-in-law's 75"!

Great picture and works well with my soundbar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Smart TV for streaming, movies, watch NBA games and workout videos. It also works really well with mySamsung soundbar. It is easy to set up and easy to get to streaming apps. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Problems

I bought this TV in 2020 and it has problems all time. I have to unplug the power all the time to fix the problems. This week of Oct 3. 2023 it has had no sound, network card, does not want to connect to my Samsung soundbar. I have had nothing but trouble and this goes on weekly. Every firmware update creates another set of problems. I hope my new NEO Samsung is better.

Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. Regarding having no sound, please try these steps: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external devices and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Love it just slow

Great for our Bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I can actually connect to all my streaming services, and even my Office 365 email for work. I purchase a Logi Keyboard and mouse combo, and it works fantastic. Samsung has my interest to replace my Sony 65” in the living room, due to the fax that because my Sony is a 2016 model, I can not download the Apple plus app, nor the xfinity app. Please continue your great work with features on your TVs

Great value

bought this 58" on a whim as it was open box and it was incredibly cheap so all it had was the power cord and no remote nor instructions. got it home and set it up very easily and was pleased to find out the remote from my previous samsung tv worked perfectly with it so i did not have to buy a universal remote. the size is perfect for my apartment and i would say the pic quality and sound is above par. all in all a great buy.

It is a great smart TV and has amazing 4k picture.

Me and my family also like the smart features in the TV and connecting it to our other Samsung devices. I personally love the picture on the TV. It makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater. Great picture

The picture is clean and crisp but on some shows is very dark even when you try to lighten it up. The sound is low until you raise the level very high. Need to get a sound bar I guess.

Love the tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to watch my sister's Samsung TV and I have to say that the quality and the sound are just great. The smart apps are great and the ability to tune in to different apps are equally important to access. The pictures we looked at from mirroring off her pad to the TV worked great and the ability to switch from Netflix to Amazon Prime shows was easy.
