Great tv for the price

this television has a very nice clear picture the only thing that needs to be changed from the factory settings is the screen brightness it is very dim out of the box to fix this go to eco settings and turn the screen brightness up then go to expert settings and try cool it will make a huge difference i would also recommend getting a soundbar.

Great picture quality

I do think the sound quality could be better, because I do have to turn it up at max volume just to reasonably hear it, I didn't have to do that with my Samsung 65 inch tv. I do like the clarity of the screen however. The pictures are real clear

Best television that I have gotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest television to setup. The picture and sound is outstanding. Being able to control it by Alexa and my phone is a plus. Access to the apps is easy and easy to setup and configure. I could not ask for a better television. Samsung provides outstanding products as we have a bunch and never have problems with any. We have 3 Samsung tv's now, tablets, phones, and watches. The products are very affordable and great quality I would recommend them to anyone as I have to all my friends. As a disabled veteran I look for the best and I have got it with Samsung televisions.

all around great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My crystal UHD TV has crisp vivid color, a rich symphony of sound and works just as good for gaming as it does for screening movies. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with an electronic purchase than I am with my 43" crystal UHD HDR smart TV

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this is super clean. We were worried at first as it didn't seem to have enough areas for plug in devices. But we didn't know that we were able to sign into most of our devices through the tv so we didn't need all of the plug ins. Which made us super happy because the side of the tv looks much cleaner than our old tv. The features are user friendly and easy to get set up. The tv helps you set up all of your devices when you first plug it in, which is a bonus. It even can connect to our smart phone and we were able to go down to only using one remote which makes it much easier. This isn't just a normal tv, the additional features makes it stand out from other tv's. We definitely would recommend this for our friends and family to purchase. Thank you for making such a great product.

This tv is from the heavens!

Really great mid-range TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to upgrade my TV, and did consider shelling out for one of the top-of-the-line ones, but ultimately settled on this one, and honestly I couldn't be happier with it. The picture just looks incredible, especially with 4k content. There really isn't much more to say otherwise, it's just a really great TV, especially if you are looking for one that won't completely break the bank. The one gripe I have with it, and the reason I take away one star, is the Samsung Smart interface. The stock smart TV interface is just clunky, ugly, and bad. It's not intuitive or user-friendly. In addition to this, if you are just using the interface that comes with the TV to access your apps, the TV will not let you zoom in at all. This may not be a big deal for some, but I'm one who really does not like those really wide aspect ratios where there are giant black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. The only way the TV will let you zoom in is if you are using another external streaming device. For that reason, I had to shell out extra money on a Roku device, which has a much better interface and will let me zoom in when I want to. So in short, it's a really great TV, with a couple (somewhat) minor flaws. Stunning picture quality, what else can you want out of a TV?

Great Brand - Bad TV!!!

I hate this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV the first I still have and I like it but this one I hate. This TV is too dark and will not get any brighter I have all the settings as high as I can and some movies are impossible to watch they are so dark you can't see them. I have read reviews from other owners and they say the same thing the TV is too dark and will be my last Samsung product. By the way I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and gave them away after only a couple years they were junk also.

Oldgolfer: I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. picture quality good, menus are slow and clunky

the picture quality on this tv is great. navigating menus is pretty slow. sometimes up to 10 seconds from when something is selected until the tv responds. i don't like how google play isn't available on this tv. it really limits what is available for the tv. also screen casting takes several extra steps than other android/smart tvs.
