The game mode is a huge plus if your an avid player. Because of this purchase I went out and opted for another Samsung QLED 4K for our bedroom. We love samsung products!

The hub for apps does run a little slow, TV remote uses IR which isn't the best. Overall still a great TV for the price. Samsung does make an overall great product for entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to get a new TV because my previous Samsung no longer supported IMDb TV. This Crystal TU7000 60" model was very easy to set up, has terrific resolution, and supports IMDb! The remote control has some convenient quick-access buttons to go directly to Amazon and Netflix. However, the fast-forward, pause, etc., buttons are inconveniently located near the bottom of the control. I would like to have seen this TV come with a swivel base, instead of two fixed feet, but I guess the size prevents that. All-in-all, I am very happy with this TV!

It works brilliantly with my 8k hdmi cable I use for my PlayStation. The audio it produces is also extremely high quality. I love this tv and everything about it. Only thing I would change is the amount of money I had at the time of purchase so I could have gone with a little bigger size then what I got. I highly recommend to anybody that hasn't tried a Samsung tv that you need to immediately!!

The colors are so much more vivid, the picture sharper, the sound better, and the larger size makes viewing for our group events so much better. All these things together make it easier for everyone to see and enjoy our church TV education events, which are mostly DVD presentations, zoom meetings, and other live broadcasts. We love it! It's a great TV.

The visual as well as the hearing enhancement is perfect for my partner and I. The picture is so clear as well as the sound. I, myself is a hearing impaired individual. I absolutely love how easy it is to listen to music streaming from my choice of apps whilst doing my household chores. We also love being able to choose the apps of our choice whether it's music or movies and putting our most favorites in the order of our choice as well. The internet browser is a big major plus and easy to use too. We definitely will be purchasing another television soon. Thank you Samsung for making life a little more simpler for us.

This purchase represents the 20th Samsung TV we have purchased for home/office/business. At one point I think I figured out we have over 1,000 inches of Samsung TVs! Why do we keep coming back? Simple, the features, setup, menus, etc. are well designed and consistent. I do not have to "re-learn" a TV product every time I get a new one. WIFI setup? a breeze. Sound setup? Always the same! The remotes? Same buttons do the same things on them all. I am a Samsung TV customer for life. No question about it.
