A Great Smart TV !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxing and setting up this television was a breeze. Samsung makes set up so simple and allows you to personalize as you wish. The picture is better than I expected and makes you feel as if you are a part of the action. Sound quality is very good which is what Samsung is famous for! The remote is easy to use and has many different functions. This television would be great in any room and is bound to be a crowd pleaser!

Good picture, Slow remote and response time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV works fine. it has a good picture. The remote function however is terrible. It takes several seconds after the button you pushed registers with the TV. Often you aren't sure if it the button worked so you press again and then it jumps all over. The sounds quality is fine. Again, the accessibility with the remote and the function of the main menu is one of the worse I've experiences with a TV and is a deal breaker. I wouldn't buy another one.

Samsung or Nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal Samsung product owner for 20 years. Tvs, phones, washer, dryer, fridgerator, watches are all Samsung. The 43" UHD TU7000 is just the latest Samsung product I have bought. Like all others before it, i highly reccomend it. Price and quality is just right. Setup took less than an hour, and thats with installing a wall mount. This is my 8th TV I have bought from Samsung. Im know there will be 8 more.

Terrible display quality

i was very excited to get a new tv & usually have great luck with samsung as a brand. that was not the case this time. i tried changing every setting as far as the clarity & picture went. the quality was very subpar & was definitely noticeable to guests. when i called the appliance company i purchased from, they stated theyve had numerous returns and complaints with samsung lately. it gets a 2 star rating at least, for ease of the program & user friendly.

I see that you’ve already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case: Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. Finally, if you have your TV connected to an external device, theTV will upscale as best possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen. Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. Exceed Expectations-Superb TV

Samsung has top notch products and this TV just goes to show how superb their technology was implemented into this Device. My family could not be happier with this outstanding TV and the built-in functionality. 10 out of 10 for rating. I have been buying Samsung products since high school starting out with a gaming monitor purchase. 13 years later all of my house TVs are Samsung + plus new smart fridge additional really makes for a great tech based household. Keep up the great work Samsung releasing top of the line high quality products.

Feeling scammed

Picture is beautiful. Remote sucks. On OTA broadcast and when using blue ray or cable box it is fine. But when you use a streaming service like Netflix or YouTube tv it is horrible, the stutter is driving me crazy! What is the point of selling a smart tv if the thing is garbage while running apps? The whole point of a smart tv is running streaming services. Looks great in store, then you see the great picture at home.... And then the disappointment sets in as soon as you see the stutter.

I have the 82" and its great i love it

The quality and design of my tv 100% perfect and with a Samsung soundbar the experience of 4K Crystal UHD and Sound will blow your mind. I hardly ever go to the theaters now because i can get the same amazing quality and sound in the comfort of my omw home. Nnnnnnnn

So clear I can see future

Most things are good. Could use some updating

This has been a pretty good choice. Most features we are pretty happy with some things need a little more work. Samsung needs to keep a better watch on the new apps for channel selections. For example FRNDLY is not currently available on this tv and we miss it with this new tv. It is rather sad that a newer television does not offer an app that has been around for a while.
