Wonderful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV does all I need. I recently added an office onto my carport in order to work from home and needed a tv to go in it because it will function as a pseudo-man cave as well. I can stream all my services such as YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc and mirror anything I need to from my apple devices. The picture quality is amazing and the sound, which was great to begin with, is even better when paired with the Samsung soundbar and subwoofer.

Not so smart

I bought this to use in a very Mac Apple ecosystem as the Airplay capabilities advertised would mean the Samsung smart tv equivalent to an Apple TV plus a “dumb tv”. I would have saved had Airplay worked as advertised. After tech services explained that it was Apple's fault Airplay doesn't work I bought an Apple TV which does support Airplay and works as advertised. Now i have to keep my dumb Samsung remote handy to press escape 5times in a row as my screen fills up with “smart tv” crap whenever i try to use it. It's not that much work to get dumb tv functionality but added to the smart tv price is a daily reminder what a dummy i was to read the Airplay claim Samsung made to sell the tv. Really regret this purchase, an expensive mistake. The picture and sound are quite good but don't buy it to Airplay!

Great overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great family tv, it is in our livingroom and is used frequently for gaming and TV watching. I do feel like a see a notable difference between this and our other tvs, the feature definitely are brighter and the sleek look helps to feel like you're right there.

Grateful owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung quite offend for gaming for the teens, live streaming our church services as well as zoom bible study. You can actually connect your phone to TV and see everyone on your zoom meeting. Talk about mind blowing. And let's not talk about Cromecast. My husband loved this. My TV has the Facebook watch app on it. My God today. I'm still learning my 5v and all of its features. I could be here all day learning all the feature. But one more thing I'm a zumba instructor and this TV has been a life saver. Why? I'm glad you ask. I can take this TV one the go with me. Love, love, love this .

Best TV ever amazing display

Value, Quality Product

this is the second samsung product (tv) i have purchased in the last two years. i have been impressed by the quality of the product as well as its value. great picture, easy setup, and easy to operate! brilliant colors, even the sound quality is excellent (without an external sound system. i see myself staying woth this product line for future purchases!

Breathtaking TV

i have liked samsung products for a long time. there quality and designs are all top notch. the picture on this tv is one of the best i have seen. samsung does a great job on the production of there tvs. they are all very well done. i am happy that i have this tv.

It's "OK" I guess

the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
