Easy to set up, consistently high performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had no issues connecting it to my home wifi network and setting it up while downloading various apps and streaming services. The picture is crisp and vibrant, no issues with that. Some start-up and processing sequences, those related to the television and not downloading or streaming, could be a bit faster but I'm not too concerned about it.

The quality of the picture is amazing

The functions are user friendly and the menus are clean and simple, if you need to adjust a parameter there is an easy way to do it without compromise time and effort. I love my recent purchase and the good things comes with it

Greater than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QleD82 inch TV that I have has remarkable unbelievable color and clarity. Even when I'm not using the surround system the sound Excels in quantity. And the Ease of switching to different channels and apps is remarkable.

My second Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV primarily for my exercise room to get online training/ instruction and for gamimg, when the grandchildren visit. I shopped other brands just as I did before and after reading several reviews purchased another Samsung. My other TV was one of the first Smart TVs and this new model is greatly improved. If/when my old model stops working I'm not even going to take the time to compare, I'll just decide what size to get and then buy another Samsung. Of course I have a Samsung phone also.

This TV has one of the best qualities in a 4k TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this TV handles graphics while playing games blows my mind, the way it really shows the colors of the game and textures makes gaming a whole lot better. And it is the same for watching TV and movies, the colors just make the movies and shows really come out. Although sometimes the TV will disconnect from the internet, where it can be annoying when it happens although it might be my internet, but it is an easy fix and other than that this is really a great TV.

Loving the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I would buy a Samsung TV but I took a chance when I saw this one, as I needed one for our living room. Its been better than expected with awesome features on this TV. It not only has a neat feature called Samsung Plus TV (free channels) which without having a cable box in the living room works awesome!!! Plus it has Apple TV app built it which was a major plus!! This TV has beautiful color and I like it better than the other TV's I have in my house. Might need to update them all after getting this one.

I do not value the continuous wifi disconnect

only had this tv one week and i am having issues with it connecting to my internet. i have troubleshot every thing and it still will not connect. all of my other devices are functioning great on the same wifi. i only watch tv based on my wireless connection through streaming so this is truly disappointing

Good hardware, as always... but terrible software

have a 55" samsung purchased in 2019, software is fine. this 58" in 2020, is extremely obnoxious. don't need tv apps or streaming because the tv is connected to a pc. thus don't want to press guide or exit button twice to get rid of home menu every time. just want a tv tuner and pc monitor. samsung needs to allow disabling some or all "smart" features. reset tv to remove my previous wireless settings, hoping all that junk would then disappear with it. instead the home menu along the bottom 20% of screen is now replaced with terms and conditions banner. and software interprets a single quick click of the remote's arrow button as being pressed multiple times. same behavior on samsung and logitech remote. location of inputs/outputs should be near center. had to reroute system cables.

We Love Our Crystal UHD

They are fast and easy to get to, plus once your on the app a bar will open up above! It makes turning on Bluey super fast for my baby daughters!! Everything on this TV is so easy, fast, and simple!! We are thinking about getting one for each room!!

Great picture for a great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The user interface needs work. It's not anywhere near intuitive at all. I know what the goal is... to keep the picture as you scroll thru the menu but it just doesn't work for me. I'm talking about the home menu. Maybe there's a default setting to go to live tv when turned on. Will need to search for that. The remote needs to be upgraded also. I bought a 14” Samsung about 5-6 years ago and it's basically the same remote. Seems to be quite a lag between pressing the button and the tv reacting. Other than that, I love the TV. Has an awesome picture! Hoping to win the sound bar!
