Nice

i like this television overall. there is a mechanical quality to the picture, it is hard to describe but it's almost like the people's movements are robotic. i think that is a feature with this definition. i am not a fan of it, but it isn't a big deal.

Jackpot Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible TV, down to the placement of all the components it's made of. The picture is always accurate and beautiful - no matter where I move it! I was very impressed with how well this TV could keep up with my new gaming console, too. Thanks for helping me paint the vivid colors to stay first in a race, first to see my opponent in a 1v1, but most importantly to experience such bliss!

Love my new Samsung TV!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this TV...The picture is great, it is very clear. The audio could be just a little bit louder, but it's not bad, and everything else is so great, that you barely notice. Other than that, I would recommend this TV to anyone who was looking. I am actually hoping to get a larger model in the QLED series!

Love my 65 inch Samsung smart tv!

I bought this tv back in December 2021. Best purchase ever! Thought it was going to be too big for my space but not so. Beautiful picture, so clear. Loves it! This tv repalced a smaller Samsung and I do have a 50 inch Samsung in my basement. So that says I love this product. No problems at all.

Great picture, poor connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. Perfect size and picture quality.

We purchased this unit four weeks ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the size and quality of the picture. My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

Lasted only 2 months

purchased this tv in november and it lasted exactly 2 months before the screen would randomly go black. sometimes it would stay on for a few hours, other times it would stay on for 30 seconds. i spent a week troubleshooting including using text support from samsung (which was good.) finally i gave up and yanked it off the entertainment center and replaced it with a ten year old 46" samsung which is far superior. it took a week to book the soonest repair date. we shall see if they are able to repair...

My New TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new TV by Samsung has so many features it's hard to know where to begin. This is my second Samsung TV the 1st of the 55 inch and I got the exact same TV but in a 65 inch version as well for another room. The picture absolutely pops first of all on both of them the picture quality is unmatched in 4k gaming on my Xbox I feel like I'm in the game. Which is also a testament to the amazing sound built into both television I also have a soundbar which even accents it even more and it is amazing. It also comes loaded with apps that are not useless father almost all the ones that come with it I use. I am deeply in love with the fact that my Samsung tablet syncs easily and perfectly so that I can utilize it to turn channels if I need to or adjust the volume level and it makes it very easy because they're in the same family now. I highly suggest fitting your home with Samsung televisions it's one of the best decisions I ever made.

This tv is extremely user friendly

My son always makes comments about how characters look like they can come through the screen, and how the landscapes look lifelike. We have 4 other "newer" tvs and he has never made any comments regarding their picture quality.

All but Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV. The picture is extremely vivid and sound quality is great but the operating system teamed up with the remote is something, in my opinion, that Samsung could have improved. Not really user friendly. But again, Love the TV!!!
