Disappointed in this TV!

Had the TV JUST OVER A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I can hear some sound; howler, no picture. Had to constantly unplug the TV to get the Hulu and Netflix to work

Do not recommend

The typing on screen is not intuitive, the remote buttons are also not placed in normal spots. After about 1.5 years, all the sudden it stopped working, luckily under warranty but they replaced the whole backside of the unit.

Nice telly!

Two years on and still doing it all. I've used it for broadcast, internet (SAMSUNG CHANNELS), Prime, Netflix, etc., and Alexa. The Bluetooth connects easily to my sound systems. The remote has a few buttons but can be navigated using tactile details built into the design. As with all sensitive electronics; I would recommend using a protected power source: UPS or surge protection.

Good picture but very slow apps and poor bluetooth

The picture quality is pretty good. However, it takes between 1-2 minutes to fully load the apps and be ready to use. If you were to watch Netflix, it would take 15 seconds before you can adjust sound at all, there is a lag. Then if you select Netflix it would take 1-2 minutes to load before it is ready to go. Unreasonable. Also, when paired with bluetooth, it has a frequent skip in audio every 30 seconds to 1 minute. I tried with multiple devices and it is certainly the television.

Poor TV - TV Stinks

Bought this TV in 2021 and broke after 3 years. Doesn't get used a lot but now just flickers on and off. Can't factory reset it or anything. Seems like the capacitors are a piece of junk and cheap on this unit. I only buy Samsung but never had a TV break after only 3 years. This may change my future purchasing

AWFUL and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Less than a two year with the Samsung Crystal and the television has completely stopped working. The TV literally woke up this morning and said I quit. I have tried reasoning with it all day but the consensus is that Samsung TV are trash products and that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. After a year and half of service, the TV is now on a continuous boot loop in which it is starting and shutting down in a matter of seconds… I didn't even get to say good bye.

Samsung 4 life!!!!

I've had my tv since 2020 and other than an occasional wifi signal loss it has performed excellent. I also have a 70" and a 55". All have exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I have a 43" that's not a smart TV. I've had it since 2003 and it's still works and performs at a high level. Samsung definitely has my seal of approval!!!!
